「This hotel is very near to Strasbourg central station, it just faces to the station so I could access the hotel by crossing the road and 3 minutes walking. The room is large, neat and quiet. The bed and pillows are comfortable and clean. There are a refrigerator and kettle in the room, and they offer nice instant coffee and tea bags. In the lobby, they also offer hot apple juice for guests during the Christmas season, it’s very kind and sweet :)」

「The hotel was perfectly fine for the price—no problems at all. The staff were wonderful, especially the very kind gentleman working on Monday morning. My only issue is the location; it’s pretty secluded, and getting to and from Europa-Park was inconvenient. The breakfast was nothing special but totally acceptable. Overall, a good stay for what you pay, but I’d personally prefer to stay somewhere closer to the park next time.」

「A gorgeous hotel in an excellent location. There was nothing to fault with Le Bouclier D'or. Our deluxe room at the top of the hotel was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in with plenty of space, everything we needed and being very comfortable. There was a good selection at breakfast and all members of staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we would highly recommend this hotel. 」

Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal besonders hilfsbereit: Da wir über Weihnachten keine offenen Restaurants finden konnten und sonst nur Mikrowellengerichte gehabt hätten, hat das Team in unserer Abwesenheit ein geeignetes Restaurant recherchiert und empfohlen. Dieser Service hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.」
