It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. A lot of the island is not in a state that people from developed countries are used to. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and how nice the people from the island are. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, the local food, and seeing some sea turtles, a stingray, fish, iguanas, and the famous pigs. We would gladly return to this piece of Paradise on Earth.

they advertise this as a resort but it is not. there is only one amenity. it is the onsite bar and restaurant which is rarely open.
I understand this is a developing country. but, don't advertise something that you cant deliver. the first place they put us in was fine for a few days till the air conditioning went out and they could not get fixed for several days. so, they put us in another unit. actually a nicer unit. but in there the TV didn't work. they switched it out for a new one the following day. but the internet was not good at all so even with a good TV it was painful to watch because it kept quitting and losing its connection, I had to repair the toilet myself in order to use the bathroom, they had goats which had free range of the place and actually took the shoes and bathing suite right off the front porch that we had out there drying. we eventually found them in the goats pen all chewed up. not a lie. the power went out a few times for no apparent reason and i could go on but i wont. overall was not the most miserable experience of my life, but, they are advertising something you don't really get at this place.

We enjoyed this villa. Beautiful, pristine beach right out your front door. Elvis and MaryAnne were wonderful! Food was delicious and people are so helpful and kind. We love Exuma!

Fantastic Getaway at the Exuma Point - Swimming Pigs Resport
This was our third time staying at Exuma Point, Swimming Pigs Resort. We absolutely love this property!! The owners, Elvis and Mary Ann and all their staff are very helpful, friendly and ensure you have a great stay. The beach it is located on is excellent and the location is perfect! It is really best if you rent a car (and they have a car rental for you right on property) because there are so many beautiful beaches to explore. The food at the restaurant on property is excellent also. We will definitely be back next year to this property! Thank you Elvis, Mary Ann and Tory!!!!
