“Great Service, very kind staff and very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like is that after requesting a stay for 4 adults the property only has one bed for 4 people. The other availability was just a very small sofa for 2 adults which I don't consider that a place for 4 adults to sleep. ”

“The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby! The water features are so special and the view is……

“The Tropicana is a resort hotel where all amenities are steps from your room - restaurant, pools, beach and a convenience store across the street. Very well maintained and clean everywhere. 4 blocks from the Olas Altas bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Location is perfect. Extremely friendly and diverse guest composition, couples (straight & gay),families, people travelling on their own. I was travelling on my own for the first time and never was alone. Had SO much fun!”

“The location of the hotel is wonderful. So close to the Malecon and all the restaurants and night life. The pool area was always peaceful and inviting and the staff as welcoming as they could be. Everything was outstanding.”

“The room was fantastic- even though we had reservations about it being "in the back of the hotel, ground floor". It was great! Quiet, the waterfall wall was outstanding. We loved the shower - amazing! And the staff, always smiling, polite and courteous - we asked for more coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and got extras each day! We love our coffee. The fridge was nice and cold, and so was the AC when we needed it (which was rare). Being at the back of the building had its advantages. And……
