「Facilities staff amenities room, room service, ambiance, location - alllll perfect 」

「Great Service, very kind staff and very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like is that after requesting a stay for 4 adults the property only has one bed for 4 people. The other availability was just a very small sofa for 2 adults which I don't consider that a place for 4 adults to sleep. 」

「The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby! 「We were expecting a typical US suite when we booked this. We were blown away by the property. Separate king-size bedrooms with their own bathrooms, full kitchen, small pool, deck overlooking the beach. It was amazing place and are anxious to stay there again.」

「The Tropicana is a resort hotel where all amenities are steps from your room - restaurant, pools, beach and a convenience store across the street. Very well maintained and clean everywhere. 4 blocks from the Olas Altas bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Location is perfect. Extremely friendly and diverse guest composition, couples (straight & gay),families, people travelling on their own. I was travelling on my own for the first time and never was alone. Had SO much fun!」
