“Great Service, very kind staff and very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like is that after requesting a stay for 4 adults the property only has one bed for 4 people. The other availability was just a very small sofa for 2 adults which I don't consider that a place for 4 adults to sleep. ”

“I stayed in a standard king room. The building itself is a bit older but still maintained very well. The main highlight of the hotel is its convenient location on the beach. The staff are very friendly and willing to share information on what to do in Puerto Vallarta. If noise bothers you, this may not be the best place since it is located next to several bars and clubs playing loud music.”

“This special place is in an ideal location. Walking distance to everything in the central and romantic zones and far enough from the busy area for a quiet retreat. The rooms have views of the jungle and along the walk along the river just across the street you can find parrots, iguanas and occasionally a crocodile. Staff are friendly and responsive and rooms are spacious and quiet. We had a wonderful time here and with all we did in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. ”

“My daughter and I were at the hotel when the violence hit (Feb 22) the city. The staff were great, a big shout out to the staff for feeding us on the roof kitchen, it was the best rice and beans ever! They took care of guests with compassion while be separated from their families. They were very kind.”

“This was my second time at Indah and it was AMAZING again. The pools are rarely crowded and have stunning views of the ocean and whales. The restaurant’s food and drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially Gustavo whose attentiveness and service went above and beyond. I will be back for a third stay!”

“The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby! The water features are so special and the view is……

“Garlands del Rio is a charming boutique hotel. It is their people that stand out and keep people coming back. Martha, Rico and Ivan are all exceptional. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and convenient to everything in the Zona Romantica. We were there during the cartel violence and the hotel staff kept us safe and secure. They did their best under extremely difficult situations. We definitely will return and visit them again.”

The room was exactly as advertised, comfortable and clean. The roofrop terrace is a great bonus area. Remi and the staff were helpful with arranging airport transfers, laundry and room service. The Lofts are a great location within walking distance to all that PV has to offer.”
