Place is really centrally located and so close to the train station. Lots of places to eat. Not the best area at night but it really doesn’t matter because they have security. Definitely would stay here again. Breakfast was great too.

Great place to stay. Very close to the train station and metro making it easy for international travelers with heavy suitcases to access. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions but public transport is easy if walking isn’t an option. Staff at hotel very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

One block from Termini station. Street side rooms can be noisy in the early evening. Observed some unsafe activities on the street.

The 4 days we stayed AC in one of the rooms was so bad that we had to complaint multiple times, however, even after staff admitting the AC was not working property, the hotel did not give us the option to change room till the last day. The front desk kept saying that the AC is same in both rooms which was a big fat lie

Super convenient hotel located near the downtown Rome train station. Clean and they have a fitness room as well. Lots of good eating nearby.

Large room, clean. Breakfast was good. Surrounding area was terrible. Very noisy especially late in the night. From the afternoon security guard was placed outside of the hotel. Night time hotel would be locked for security reasons. Large number of migrants gathering in front and side street of the hotel. Walking on your own didn’t feel safe especially later in the night. Couple of times they even had police raids. Hotel and staff plus location very good. The only thing not feeling safe ( due to the migrants) let it down.

I enjoyed my solo stay as a black American woman visiting Rome. Very clean, daily housekeeping. Nice front desk staff. Great location. Right across the street from the train station, and within walking distance of plenty food and shops. One thing to keep in mind about my particular room is that it never really got cold. I hate cold so I didnt mind, but if you need a very cold blowing AC, this might not be the spot for you. With a sun facing room, I'd say the temperature never got below 74 Fahrenheit/ 23.3 celsius in there with the AC continuously blowing. Again, not an issue for me, since thats how I sleep at home, but some people would be uncomfortable. One suggestion I have is to replace the 80s looking carpet with hardwood floors. Otherwise, the room looked great and modern.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is really nice looking with modern flare but seems like they have not reinvested in infrastructure lately. Shower leaked out into bathroom, faucets loose. Breakfast was wonderful. Location perfect for walking to most major tourist attractions and station. Unfortunately the street the hotel is on have a large group of homeless and sketchy people but they never bothered us but stopped us from going out at night. Hotel has security guard at night to keep hotel secure and safe.

Wonderful. Clean quiet and modern rooms. Spectacular bath and shower. Staff very accommodating. Great breakfast options in wonderful breakfast area. Super clean. In room safe and mini bar. Fridge cold and large enough to accommodate local beverages and market purchases.
