Un séjour en demi-teinte

Appartement conforme à la description mais avec pas mal de désagréments : odeur de renfermé et d'humidité dû à la situation en sous-sol du logement + rues assez fréquentees et bryantes ! La machine à café ainsi que le lave-linge et le sèche linge ne fonctionneaient pas... sans compter l'eau chaude qui au bout dune douche ne coulait olus ! Premier jour : grève des transports en commun malgré leur proximité (point +) enfin quand les bus veulent bien arriver ! Heureusement Rome reste un plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles et nous y retournerons avec bonheur ! l'Histoire et fonctionnelogement

Small apartement in a beautiful neighbourhood

We arrived around midday. Communication was limited but sufficient – the key handover was done via a key box. The neighborhood where the apartment is located may seem a bit run-down at first glance, but that’s misleading. In the evenings, many great bars and restaurants open in the area, and a lot of young people gather there. The size and amenities of the apartment are also sufficient. The only thing that bothered us was the cleanliness – especially since a cleaning fee was charged.

The property looks nice but overall is not clean. There is what appears to be black mold in one of the showers. One of the bathrooms smells like sewage. During our day, we had a problem with the showers running cold.

Great place in neat neighbourhood

The apartment was as listed, very cute and comfortable. Its location was in a great neighbourhood (pigneto) which was away from the heavy tourist traffic near rome city center, while still being close enough, walking was still very much an option. Hosts were very kind, and despite language barrier the check in was seamless!

not enough coffee for 3 people for 4 days. extremely poor communication. terrible check in process. terrible check out process. nice apartment in a sketchy neighbourhood. washing machine didn’t work. impossible to communicate with these hosts unless you are on wifi all the time and speak italian. they do not speak one word of english or french or any other language. very difficult to find the apartment. waited hours for them to respond to text messages or phone calls to get checked in.

Authentic Italy

Great city neighborhood with authentic Italian restaurants walking distance to the train which was great! Enjoyed nights in Pigneto -the restaurants there were better then the ones in the tourist areas. It was like being in little Italy in NYC during San Gennero but on a much smaller scale.

Convenient to Metro, Restaurants

My kids and I were in Rome for 3 nights. This was a 5 minute walk to the Metro, which we took all over Rome to see sites. It was away from tourists. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was very nice with 2 teens. Thanks for a nice stay!
