We had the best time at Francesca’s property! Everything at the property was perfect and as describe. Francesca help us with everything, including transportation and ideas about restaurants etc. I recommend this place without reservation, we were a group of 10 and everything was comfortable and adecuate, everybody had their own space. We enjoyed a great stay at chez nana! The owner has been very responsive all along and super helpful. Location is great and we had a great time in Rome! The taxi driver recommended by Adrianna was also very nice and helpful.

Beautiful Spacious and Clean

We were incredibly blessed to be able to stay in this very spacious apartment with the 8 members of our family. The location is very convenient allowing everyone to go in the direction that they wanted to go. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was incredibly helpful with transportation to the airport and from the train station. I would highly recommend this location for anyone interested in accommodations in Rome

The apartment was great. It was a wonderful location, plenty of room for 12 people with three bathrooms. Our host was very responsive , check in was easy and she helped me arrange transportation from the airport and back. We loved our stay!!!!

Great place, great host

This was our second stay here. Adriana was very helpful in planning our trip and very responsive when we were there. All the details were attended to, she even had shopping bags available for use. And the location is prime.

Great Stay

We had a great stay in Rome with our group of 10. The house worked perfectly for our 6 adults and 4 kids. Would have liked to rate the overall as 4.5, only minor complaint was the bigger beds had VERY firm mattresses. After long days in the heat and lots of walking, the beds were a bit rough on the hips and back. Overall though, location was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to be to the action by bus in under 10 minutes. Owners were great helping us set up transportation from the airport and to the train station. Again, was a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful place

I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Your host communicates quickly and is pleasant to deal with. The home was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. She has all logistics clearly documented.

Great place for large group

Felt like home! Our family of seven enjoyed this home while in Rome. Great space for all of us and perfect location to the transportation. The home is so comfortable, fully stocked, clean and just like home. Highly recommend!

Great location and amazing host

Amazing location with a short walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood had grocery store, cafe and breakfast spot. The host met us at the location and showed us what we needed to know about the property. She also coordinated our transportation to and from the airport. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for stay in Rome

Excellent location and communication. Place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Could not have been better. Would definitely stay here again. Adriana was wonderful!! Bus to everything was outside the front door. Restaurants and grocery very close by.

Perfect flat and wonderful host.

The flat was exactly as described and pictured. It was perfect for 5 adults, each with our own spacious bedroom. Her help when I had a nasty accident tripping over a paving stone in the street was quite extraordinary. We feel very lucky to have stayed in a marvellous flat with such a lovely host. If I could give her 20 stars, I would!

Although the maximum is five stars, Adriana’s property rates six stars. The accommodations are fabulous, there were extra amenities and the location - close to markets, cafes and attractions is perfect. Our family of 6 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend wholeheartedly.

Great stay for groups!

We loved staying here. We were a group of 9 people and had plenty of space for everyone. The flat had everything you’d need. It helped a lot having digital keys, as we weren’t always together. It is also very close to the Vatican, has shops close by and a bus station right downstairs. The communication with the host was seamless!

Good area. Bus stop outside , tickets available from over the road kiosk. Lovely cafe opposite for breakfast. Easy to walk to Vatican and into Rome Adriana was lovely - arranged taxis and met us in arrival. Perfect space for friends or family
