Fantastic Location! There is an elevator!

Location was Fantastic! Could not be better. They have removed some furniture. Ant there was only seating for 3 on the couches. They need to replace what it shows in the photo. The patio was wonderful but am ypgrade in the table and seating is badly needed! The elevator was small but so useful. 2 people or 1 with luggage. A great place to stay.

Es war schön in Rom und die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Leider ist diese sehr alt .. Küche und Bäder alt .. unangenehm.. Ameisen in Küche und Bad ..Matratzen hart und nicht komfortabel

Great location

Great location near the Pantheon. Easy access to différents sites, restaurants, buses and stores. The appartement would be terrific with a little maintenance work. The terrace had many wonderful flower pots... with mostly weeds instead of plants. Broken brooms and other left overs on the terrace. Dead bamboo sticks in a vase in the living room. The small bathroom needs work and the dinning and living room furniture is tired and stained. The entrance to the building needs cleaning and maintenance work as well as the apartment. A lot of potential with little investment and time. Caro (Ottawa)

L’emplacement = principal atout

Le check-in a été plutôt difficile. Alors que le site mentionne que l’heure d’arrivée est 14h00, nous n’avons pu prendre possession de l’appart qu’à 15h45. Heureusement, Carlo a été gentil et serviable lors de la remise des clés. L’agence de location, pour sa part, nous a offert une compensation. Nous avons été enchantés par la localisation de l’appartement à 2 pas du Panthéon. À noter qu’il est situé au 5e étage, mais il y a un petit ascenseur fonctionnel. Hormis la localisation, tout le reste est plutôt ordinaire. L’appartement est beau mais il manque définitivement d’amour. La propreté laisse à désirer, le mobilier est usé et chambranlant et il n’y a que le strict minimum en équipement. Les matelas des 2 chambres sont durs, avis à ceux qui préfèrent les lits moelleux. Nous n’avons pas testé le sofa-lit. Si vous restez plus de 2 jours, apportez savon et papier de toilette supplémentaires. L’internet ne se rend pas aux chambres, pensez à demander l’appareil qui permet d’amplifier le signal. Les proprios devraient installer un rideau de douche dans la sdb de la chambre des maitres, ça permettrait de prendre une douche sans faire de dégât d’eau.

Un sitio inmejorable

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha sido inmejorable, está situando en todo el centro, cerca de todos los lugares que hay que visitar y como no una excelente cercanía al Panteón. Sin duda un lugar para repetír.
