The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Rome; from here, you can easily walk to all the most interesting sites of the Eternal City, such as Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, Vatican City, and the lively Trastevere neighborhood. In fact, this is the best and most popular area among both Romans and visitors, because in addition to major tourist attractions, the surrounding area offers plenty of places to hang out, such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, service agencies, and much more. Furthermore, the apartment in question is located 200 meters from the secure, paid parking lot on “Via Giulia,” making it perfect for those who would like to arrive in Rome with their own vehicle. The Smart Lodging Sky is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a Victorian-style building and spans two levels: on the first floor, you’ll find the living room, the sleeping area with a double bed, and the bathroom with a tub; while on the second floor, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen and the magnificent terrace mentioned earlier, complete with a table and chairs.

    Many amenities are available to guests, such as: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, personal hygiene products, central heating, a safe, a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, and a sofa bed for a third guest. Great time in Rome

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The location is great and central to many sightseeing locations. The terrace was a major plus and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Excellent location, clean, beautiful rooftop terrace, great pasta place just as you exit the building. Great place to stay. Rooftop terrace was a big plus.

Points forts : - Hébergement très bien situé (au cœur du centre historique et à 20 minutes à pied de la Cité du Vatican et de la Rome Antique)- une grande terrasse, idéale aux beaux jours- réactivité de Gabriele pour répondre aux besoinsPoints faibles : - nuisances sonores du quartier (trafic routier), avec isolation phonique inexistante- Logement un peu exigu pour 3 et manque de rangements et de vaisselle. - Il mériterait d'être rénové, notamment la salle de bain.Remarque : 3ème étage sans ascenseur.

What a great place 9/10! It is in an amazing location. The rooftop terrace was fantastic and provided a nice place to unwind. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was enough for us. A few little hints to note, this is not a mobility friendly apartment, apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift and the stairs are very old and could be a challenge for those not prepared. The stairs in the apart can be a tripping hazard and if you bump in the edge of them ouch! Last thing to mention is the washing machine had a mildew smell it so we didn’t use it. These are very small issues otherwise the apartment is absolutely perfect! We will be staying again when in Rome next time.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in sehr zentraler Lage mit einer schönen Dachterrasse; allerdings ist die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Sitzmöbeln eher sparsam, und der Waschmaschinenschrank sollte vom Schimmel befreit werden.

What an awesome apartment and terrace. Very well appointed for the actual size. Charming winding staircase leading to the unit. Surprisingly pleasant views from rooftop. Michela was very nice and helpful. Fantastic location. Cafe below has great coffee and food.

Ok but could use maintenance

The place could use some maintenance (one of the shower panels had broken glass and broken toilet seat cover). The unit is fine and the rooftop terrace is nice. Not much of a kitchen/dining area but that was not a concern of mine. Good location.

Great position out of the tourist hub, plenty of nice restaurants around and a Carrefour around the corner for supplies. There is an upstairs terrace which is also a winner.The apartment however is a bit tired. The fridge didn’t work properly so didn’t really cool drinks. the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work properly either. Ok for early June but July and August would be terribly hot. Not enough utensils in the kitchen ie nothing to put in the oven.One other gripe was that the customer is responsible for disposing of the rubbish. The map of where to put the rubbish was wrong as the noted area was a building site. So hunting around Rome with bags of rubbish is not ideal and really should be the hosts responsibility. As there is no waste management in the building.That said we did enjoyed our stay.

Perfect apartment

Very clean apartment. The terrasse is excellent and charming. The bed is fine and the location outstanding. Very kind proporty manager. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, e.g. wine glasses and knives.

Excellente situation pour visiter Rome

L'appartement est très bien situé, la terrasse est un plus remarquable. Le lit double est confortable. En revanche, la plomberie est défaillante (robinet qui n'arrête pas de couler, chasse d'eau cassée...) et certaines plantes de la terrasse sont mortes de soif.

Bien situé mais aurait besoin d’entretien…

Bel appartement typique très bien situé avec plusieurs services à proximité et une magnifique terrasse sur le toit. L’hôtesse était présente au rendez-vous et très aimable. Le lit est confortable et il y avait des prises USB. Or, même si l’endroit a beaucoup de charme, il manque assurément d’entretien et de commodités modernes pour le prix… Par exemple, la climatisation et le réfrigérateur ne refroidissent pas assez, les ustensiles de cuisine manquent ou sont sales/désuets, le couvercle de la toilette est cassé, il y a 2 ampoules sur 3 grillées dans salle de bain et il y régnait une forte odeur d’humidité. Le rapport qualité/peux est donc fort discutable pour un tel produit. À noter: il s’agit d’un quartier très bruyant vu la proximité d’une artère passante et il faut monter les valises sur trois étages dans un escalier étroit, donc il faut être en forme pour y résider!

Great location and mostly nice apartment

Unfortunately we did not have water for a whole chunk of one day during our stay, which we we understand wasn’t the property manager fault. But because of this the toilet stopped working so we didn’t have a working toilet for an entire day and night if our stay. Someone tried to come and help us which we appreciated but found it frustrating that there was no other solution offered to us and I had to message several times to get in touch with the property managers. Great location and apartment but this issue really out a damper on the stay.

Herlig beliggenhed

Skøn tagterrasse, men skæmmet af udtørrede planter og manglende vedligeholdelse. Dette gjorde sig også gældende i selve lejligheden. God seng. Manglende eller ituslået service blev hurtigt korrigeret af ejeren. Køleskabets fryser ikke afrimet i lang tid, det kunne knapt køle. Fin aircondition.
