Lovely location , comfortable and clean room. But shower was not working properly and shutters for balcony were shut every morning and evening so you couldn't access when you needed to relax.

The accomodation was clean, however, there was no kettle to boil water, no breakfast as advertised, and there was only a sheet as a blanket on the bed.. we had to find a very thin blanket in the cupboard to keep warm.

This property is in a gated enclave. You need like 4 separate keys to get in. One to get thru the gates, another for the building, another to enter the floor, and then one for your room. And some of the keys are tricky old style European keys. I'm sure it's easy when you are used to it, but it's tricky at the start. You have to arrive during the check in period otherwise you won't even be able to get into the gated enclave. And the reception is only there for a limited time. My room was in the main building on the ground floor so I didn't have to deal with too many steps. The room itself was really nice and big and they gave coffee, cookies, and sparkling water for free. The area around the hotel is okay. It's a bit quiet but there is a metro nearby. But not a lot of buses. I think the main issue for me was the fact that you have to be mindful of checkin and also opening the doors can be complicated, which you may not want to deal with after a night out.

No breakfast! Even though it says breakfast when I ordered. The employee at the guesthouse tried to help, and was nice. But in the end I paid for breakfast, and I didn't get it.

Mycket trivsamt litet hotell med tyst och bra läge. Fin altan där man kan inta sin frukost eller bara en kaffe. Många trevliga restauranger och cafeer i närheten. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka 😍

It was a good stay. Some attention needs to be paid to little details like water not running in the middle of a shower or cold running shower. On a very positive note, the owner of the hotel was very kind even if I arrived so late...

Bed and Breakfast

Zuerst: es handelt sich eigentlich um kein Hotel, sondern um eine Wohnung, in der einzelne Zimmer vermietet werden. Mein Zimmer hatte aber schon ein eigenes Bad und WC, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich. Es gab Frühstück auf italienische Art, aber verhungert bin ich nicht. Das Frühstück kann man bei entsprechender Wetterlage auf der Terrasse einnehmen, was sehr nett ist. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Leute, die bei der FAO zu tun haben. Aber auch für Touristen ist die Nähe zum Kollosseum, zur Bocca della verita und zum Forum günstig. Natürlich darf man sich jetzt keinen 5* Luxus erwarten, aber für den günstigen Preis habe ich gar nicht so schlecht gelebt. Man bekommt auf diese Weise so richtig das römische Leben mit, wie wenn man selbst ein Einheimischer wäre. Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich das nächste Mal nicht doch wieder ein richtiges Hotel will. Mal sehen.

Great city retreate

Great experience at the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly and our check-in and check-out had no issues. Special thanks to Robert for making the stay memorable, he was very helpful and informative! Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The shower is a little too small and had bad drainage. Wifi is okay, not the best but could have just been our room. The breakfast is not the best but its included so I am not complaining, plus there are a lot of nice cafe's around that arent too expensive!

Quiet and comfotable

This is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay. It is very close to FAO and to a number of good restaurants. The Metro and bis stops are also very nearby. The staff was most accommodating - I arrived a bit before 10AM, my room was ready, and they even invited me to have breakfast. My room was large and comfortable. It is a very small operation. It is behind a locked gate, which provides extra safety. Free WiFi was very good. I would definitely stay there agin.
