Very courteous front desk. We arrived early but they provided me the room. I needed a doctor/dentist urgently. They called and fixed an appointment in 10 minutes. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. The hotel is located just behind the Vatican museum, with lots of Local attractions, food, metro and local shops within a block. Will recommend to everyone.

This property went above and beyond to provide customer service to myself and my family. We stayed in the family suit and I would not recommend this location more. You do need to take a cab or a metro a couple of stops to the major sites but honestly this hotel makes it worth it.

Great and convenient location to Vatican Miseums and to two Metro stations - Cipro and Ottaviano. athe staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. The facility is in food shape too.
