The facility was spotless. The hostess was extremely helpful going so far as to go to the phone company office to work out a problem with the phone company for me. The bathroom was clean with new fixtures. Hot water was plentiful and stream from showerhead was strong. Air con worked well. Check in is posted for 3:00 pm. We showed up at 12:30 and she could accommodate us. Many restaurants in the area. One block from the metro. Ten minut walk from the Vatican. Plenty of shops around. Top quality place in an excellent convenient location. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The host, Martina was very friendly and took the time to provide us with information to get around the area. She listed places and train routes based on our interests! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any one!

Good communication for check in, close to Lepanto Metro station so it was very easy to go around Rome. Room comfortable and clean. Eddie and Martina very nice and helpful. Close to breakfast coffee and dining options.

Superbra service - Nära till tunnelbana/buss!

Casa 901 ligger perfekt placerat i Rom. Nära till båda buss och tunnelbana som tar dig vidare till kända landmärke i stan. Servicen och mottagandet var något av det bästa vi upplevt under vår 5 veckor långa resa. Ett varmt välkomnande, kaffe, rekommendationer och information på ett mycket trevligt sätt! Hade absolut bott här igen.

Gianluca was very friendly. He asked if we needed assistance getting to location and with our consent arranged for a private transfer from Rome airport. Once we arrived we were greeted and had only a short wait to check in despite arriving hours before designated check in time. After flying all night from USA this was much appreciated. Room was very clean and Air conditioning worked great. Highly recommend.

Extremely satisfied with Casa 901. The staff are friendly, accommodating and polite. Our room is always nicely cleaned everyday. The common area was minimally decorated in a very good and cosy way. The bathroom is modern and clean. Location is great.

Pros: Clean, quiet, designed room. Bathroom with large window is well ventilated. You can leave luggage holding there after checkout until 8pm. Service is nice. Only one minute walk to a subway station. The street is quiet and spacious. Hotel is near Vatican city. Cons: The triple room for three people is a bit smaller.

Wonderful Student Holiday Stay - Only 1 problem

The service was amazing! The receptionist went above and beyond to make me and my friend's holiday in Rome one to remember. We were thankfully able to check in early (after an exhausting travel mishap that took us from Verona to Venice to Rome in 17 hours). After checking in early, we were also graciously given a free room upgrade. Once checked in, the receptionist pointed out nearby attractions and places to eat. The hotel is within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Anything that you cannot walk to is accessible via the bus/train lines direct outside of the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, the king bed was large enough for two people comfortably, and the room was nicely sized compared to some European hotel rooms I've seen. In addition to being in a great location, the price of the room is a bargain! My friend and I are students from the United States studying abroad in UK for the semester, and the price for the hotel was well within our student budget. Nevertheless, there was one issue that occurred during our stay regarding our room key, which required us to return to the hotel and nearly lose our spot in line at the Vatican (a 2-hour long wait). I would recommend hotel staff resolve that for future guests. Other than that, a great experience at a great hotel. And, that is coming from two picky Americans.
