Absolutely stunning place. It was like walking into a rom-com. The balcony was such a plus. The location is ideal for visitors in the Trastevere neighbourhood where there is always something to see and do. Downside - could not use the wifi at all. The instructions were clearly printed but none of us could access it. We could not even find the wifi name in our range of network. Tried to contact them through WhatsApp but were told it was our error. If you are reliant on wifi, look into this before booking.

Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt. Es konnte sich dann aber klären, indem wir die Person, mit der ich die ganze Zeit in Kontakt war, die richtige Straße genannt hat, Alles in allem eine wunderbare Oase, mitten in Trastevere❤️

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a wonderful location, close to public transportation and many restaurants. We didn't realize at the time of booking that the property was on the third floor, which made carrying our suitcases up and down the stairs a little challenging. Unfortunately, on our last night, the power went out, and we were unable to access the breaker on the main floor of the building because the cabinet was locked and we had not been provided with a key. We asked people in a couple of the other apartments in the building, but no one had a key. The property management company was easy to reach through WhatsApp and was very responsive, but ultimately could not resolve the issue because it was too late to send a representative to the property. As a result, we were without power, air conditioning, and hot water for the entire night and next morning. Our leftover food in the refrigerator also spoiled. Overall, we appreciated the convenient location and the responsiveness of the property management company, but the power outage on our final night significantly affected our stay.

Não vale o valor cobrado. O apartamento é ok, mas o ar condicionado é muito Velho e barulhento. O colchão é fino e muito mole. O banheiro possui mof no teto. Fiquei hospedado por 4 dias e não houve serviço de limpeza ou troca de toalhas.

The pin drop on the map was different than address so we were walking around with luggage confused for 10 minutes. The keypad for front door is worn away and hard to get into. The host didn’t respond till later the next day when I phoned when lost. The toilet was dirty and not a lot of household needs. Like pots or dish towels. It’s honestly a little tired for the price. I expected more.
