The area is one of the apartment’s highlights: it offers a wide selection of typical bars and restaurants.

The kitchen is fully equipped: you’ll find an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare your meals. There’s also a breakfast nook—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The dining table, designed for 4 people, is perfect for sharing meals with travel companions or friends.

Master bedroom: double (or queen-size) bed, high-quality linens, and an intimate atmosphere.

Second bedroom—perfect for accommodating travel companions with privacy and comfort.

Bathroom: equipped with a shower, soft towels, essential toiletries (shower gel and shampoo), and a hair dryer.

Additionally: Outdoor laundry area; we offer a free laundry service 50 metres from the apartment.

🔑 Self-check-in and smart access
The apartment offers 24-hour self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time with complete flexibility and independence.
A detailed guide with all the instructions for self-check-in will be sent to you about 4 hours before your expected arrival time. The process is very simple and doesn’t require keys: all our apartments are equipped with smart keypads and automatic locks, making access quick, easy, and secure.

🚗 Parking
If you’re arriving by car, you can park right in front of the apartment in the blue public parking spaces and pay conveniently using the EasyPark app.
Avoid leaving valuables inside your car and make sure it’s locked.

For those who prefer private parking, we’ll send you a link with directions to a private garage located about 700 metres from the apartment.
Please note: we do not have a partnership with the garage.

🇮🇹 Other things to keep in mind

We welcome both small and large pets.
We kindly ask our guests to keep their voices down between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. out of respect for the peace and quiet of the building.

The house rules are simple but essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

🎉 Parties or events are not allowed.

🧹 We ask that you treat the home with care and leave it tidy at checkout.

As for trash disposal, you can take your trash out when leaving the apartment; on your left, you’ll find the trash bins about 50 metres away.
