Close to Navona Square, Exclusive cozy Apt AC, WiFi. Perfect base for touring

This very sun-lit apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an elegant old building a few meters away from Piazza Navona. It is composed of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the master bedroom has its own private sitting room. The apartment has air conditioning (in each room!) and a wi-fi internet connection. It is characterized by period furniture and wooden floors.

The apartment is located at walking distance from the major tourist attractions like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, San Peter’s Basilica and Colosseum and is well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is just around the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale, and so on.

The neighborhood offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed so that visitors will really feel part of the atmosphere of old Rome.

Restaurants, trattorie and pizzerie, supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner, and a fascinating open-air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de Fiori square a few steps away from the apt.

Nearby there are also, pharmacies, art galleries, antique shops, bookstores, banks with ATMs, travel agencies, post offices, and tourist information points.

Great location

While our stay in July the air conditioning worked very well and was a welcome refuge after long walks in the amazing historic district. The appartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host Andrea was very accessible and aranged transportation to the airport for us.The beds were good but on the hard side and the showers were extremely small but that is typical in Roma. That is our only small criticism, we realy enjoyed our stay in the appartment. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was amazing and in the middle of the Vatican and the coliseum. It was right across the street from several restaurants and close to shops and a grocery store. We thought it was a perfect spot.The apartment itself was pretty spectacular with lots of space. It was decorated amazingly. So many books! The air conditioner worked well. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Two bathrooms. WiFi was great! Kitchen was stocked well.Richard the host, was great. Communicated well before and throughout. He met us at the apartment and gave us a thorough run down including many tips for Rome. He’s very understanding. He was much appreciated. He also obtained a taxi for us on the day we left to get tot he airport which was amazing.Overall, a great place to stay in Rome. Would highly recommend this place. My entire family thought. It was amazing!

We stayed here as a family for one week in April/May 2025 and we loved it here. Our host was very friendly and the apartment was more beautiful than expected. Imagine being able to walk to the vatican in ten minutes.Same with the pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the location of the apartment was simply brilliant as well as the equipment. We would love to come back, thats for sure!

Perfect Location

We visited Rome for three days prior to our Western Mediterranean cruise. Andrea was extremely helpful, not only securing transportation from the airport to the apartment and then to the port, but he also arranged transportation to the airport after our cruise. The location is perfect. Centrally located and within walking distance of most major historical sites. The apartment was clean, and the decor was definitely authentic. There was a great breakfast cafe a few steps away. Absolutely loved it!

Highly Recommend Staying at this Apartment!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 4 nights this year and in 2023. The apartment is immaculate and inviting and most everything you need in the kitchen. Andrea was very accommodating with our check-in and out times. Lots of hot water and water pressure. We felt very secure and really appreciated the elevator. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and stores close by, and things to see everywhere you look – great location! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Rome.

Our family of four had a wonderful two week stay in Rome. The apartment comes with two self contained bedrooms each with an en suite. It is very clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The location is within 10 to 30 minutes walking distance to the popular attractions. Our host Andrea is most accommodating. He greeted us upon arrival, explained the working of the apartment, reviewed an information notebook he created, and returned calls quickly. We referred to notebook a lot during our stay. I recommend Andrea and his apartment when staying in Rome.

Family Holiday in Rome

We are a family of 5 (2 Adults, 3 Teenagers) and found Andrea’s apartment very comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights.Andrea was very easy to communicate with and met us at the apartment to check us in. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area. He also shared his local guidebook with us, where we ate at some of the recommended restaurants. All wonderful dining experiences.The apartment itself was configured as 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and was very clean and within walking distance of all the major attractions and local restaurants. It felt very safe and the building does have a lift if carrying a lot of luggage. There is also a bus stop just outside the apartment, so transport was very easy.Also, Andrea was able to book a car for us to goto the airport at the end of our stay, which was greatly appreciated.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a nice clean and convenient apartment for their stay in Rome.Thank you Andrea!

Exceptional Stay

Andrea was the perfect host before, during, and after our stay. Thank you so much for arranging our driver who met us at the airport. The apartment is exactly as described in VRBO and close to everything we wanted to see. Andrea made sure we had coffee sugar and showed us how to use the coffee maker on the stove. This apartment by far was the nicest place that we stayed in during our two week trip to Italy and France.. I would absolutely stay here again. Location, location, location

An amazingly convenient location to basically everything there is to see/do in Rome. Public transit picks up right outside, but the walk to everything is only about a mile or less in any direction. Andrea was an excellent host. He met me at the apartment for check in processing, a quick tour of the place, and some local recommendations. I hit the ground running from there and had an amazing time!! Nothing negative to say, but will remind folks that bathrooms in Europe are small, or I am just large. ... thanks again, and I look forward to returning!!

I wished I could give this flat a 20!!!

Our family of four adults had the blessing of staying at Andrea's flat in the middle of "old Rome" during the month of November. We took one of the buses which takes you from the airport to Roma Termini where we hopped on Bus 64 which is right outside the front of Roma Termini to the apartment. We used the CityMapper App which I highly recommend. A few days before we arrived, Andrea who is an AMAZING HOST texted me WhatsApp to ensure that he provided us with all of the details to check in. Upon arrival at the flat Andrea was already waiting for us. He explained everything about the BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE FLAT. He also recommended a restaurant which was across the street called Pizzeria La Montecarlo. The food and service was phenomenal. We also tried the gelateria Frigidarium 2 min. walk from the flat - which was amazing! We had dinner (twice) at a restaurant called 433. We had the "Tonnarelli Gricia with Truffle." It was truly delicious!!!! By the way Bus 64 stops on the sidewalk as you come out of the flat and next to the newsstand or kiosk where you can purchase your tickets. The young people attending to that kiosk were extremely friendly and helpful too. Please note that you may need cash to purchase the metro-bus tickets which can be purchased at Roma Termini and all the tabacchi stores. If you are considering staying at Andrea's flat, DO IT!!!! You will have the time of your life in the center of Rome in a GORGEOUS PLACE.

Exceeded Expectations

Our stay in Parione truly exceeded our expectations. The host’s assistant met us for check-in and walked us through the apartment and the locking up process. They also graciously facilitated drivers to and from the airport for us which made our trip so easy. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and incredibly conveniently located. All of our favorite restaurants were within a 5 minute walk, and there was a grocery store right across the street for when we wanted to eat at home. We absolutely loved our time in Rome and felt so comfortable having this apartment as our “home base.” If and when we return, we will be rebooking here. Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful place for exploring Rome

As a couple plus an individual traveller, this apartment was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed, each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was amazing space to spend our down time. It also felt safe and was quiet at night. The location was fantastic. We hit all the usual sites in Rome and walked to all of them. The best restaurant we tried was mere steps from the apartment and recommended by Andrea. Andrea was communicative, met us in person, and provided all the info we needed to ensure a pleasant stay both in the apartment and in Rome.

Wonderful apartment

Andrea has a wonderful, spotless, beautifully decorated, thoughtful touches that are beyond what most hosts do. The location was wonderful. What a blessing the elevator was since two of us were senior citizens. So many restaurants and shops a short distance away. Only one snag, we had 4 guests instead of 3 so he charged me an extra 25 euros for linens and towels. Since we slept in the same bed there were no extra linens. Excessive in my opinion since the listing said the apartment held 4 guests. BUT in spite that, he was fantastic and what a great place to stay in Rome.
