THE APARTMENT
Le Sibille Holiday Home, an apartment with large terrace, just a short walk from the Colosseum, in the Rione Monti and bordering on Rione Esquilino.

Th apartment is located in plain city center, on the first floor with lift in a building from the 1800s, near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and less than 10 minutes walk from the Colosseum.

The apartment offers the comfort and intimacy of a private house, has:
1 double bedroom, double or triple;
1 bedroom with a queen;
living room;
kitchen equipped with utensils and crockery;
bathroom with shower;
large private terrace.

The house is equipped with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating, fans.
Final cleaning is included.

CHILDREN
Children are welcome, the apartment is ideal for families and usually they are very happy.
Children up to three years are free and enjoy free two cots and two high chairs.
Please let us know if you need it.
In the kitchen there are a mixer and a mini-pimer useful for blending the baby food.

CLEANING
The final cleaning is included in the price.
If you need it, you can book an extra cleaning service during your stay (not included in the price).

CHECK-IN
Check-in is in person by appointment only.

We will provide you with all the necessary logistic information, including where to do the shopping, where to consume typical Roman dishes, the best ice cream, the market, where to spend an evening with friends or where to go for a special dinner, of all a bit.
We are available and we can be present if the guest needs it.

CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in is usually from 15:00.
Cleaning takes place between 10:00 and 15:00 in accordance with the anti-covid-19 regulations.

These times are flexible, in fact if the day of your arrival the apartment is free or the previous guest left early, then you can check-in before 15:00. Ask the owner.

IDENTIFICATION
Please note that, as required by Italian Law, to check-in it is necessary to provide a recognition document for each individual guest (including children).

ROME TOURISM TAX
The tourist tax required by the municipality of Rome is €5.00 per day per person (excluding children up to 10 years and residents of the municipality of Rome), must be paid in cash at check-in.

Our host was very informative and kind. We loved the location. For us everything was within walking distance. The host gave us several ideas for restaurants. Each one exceeded our expectations. Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr saubere, große und sehr zentrale Wohnung. Die Lage ist so zentral, dass man überall schnell hingehen kann aber dezentral genug um einheimische Restaurants ohne großen touri-Auflauf zu genießen. Die Metro ist auch fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben Tipps bekommen wo man gut essen gehen kann. Wir empfehlen es definitiv weiter!

Spacious well maintained apartment very close to major sights as well as close access to the metro and the major train station. We visited without renting a car so wanted a location with close access to public transportation and this exceeded expectations. Was able to easily see Rome on foot/metro as well as Florence by train. Owner was great at communicating and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend this property for families, it has space, location, good price, and a great owner! They even had a selection of travel guidebooks on hand, although I didn’t need them as I had my own which I added to the collection before leaving

Very nice property close to the train station and the major sites. The apartment is very large with two big bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a nice queen bed. The second bedroom off the front hallway has a smaller single bed. The kitchen was rather large, but we did not do any cooking. The tariff was as advertised, but not set up as nicely in the pictures, but is extremely large. Be warned it is overlooked on all four sides so privacy could be a concern. The living room was extremely large. The only issue we had with the property was the shower was incredibly small. I dropped my razor and was unable to bend over and pick it up without opening the door and I’m an average sized person.The property is very secure on a quiet street and we did not have any problem getting to sleep after a full day. Plenty of restaurants around the apartment and near the colosseum.The owner was very communicative and we were met at the property by his agent who showed us how to work the keys and locks as well as the major appliances and was on call if needed.

Convenient, clean and welcoming

We were two adults and our grandson. The location was very convenient to sights we wished to visit within the walled city. The apartment was clean and it was nice to have a few conveniences of some snacks, coffee/tea, and paper towels to get us started.

Decent Enough

The property has some positives—most notably, the ample space and a very large terrace located between buildings. While the view is limited, the outdoor area is still quite enjoyable.However, there were a few downsides. Only one bedroom was equipped with sheets and pillowcases. When I asked about the missing linens, I was told they needed to be requested in advance. This was inconvenient, as I'm used to VRBO rentals automatically providing bedding for all sleeping areas.Additionally, while the bathroom itself was spacious, the shower was surprisingly small—too tight for a larger person to use comfortably.Because of these issues, I felt that a 3-star rating was fair.

My only complaint was there wasn’t a washing machine. The listing said there was and the owner said there was a machine we just managed with what we had. The management got aggressive with me on chat as where she was describing the location of the washer (on a ledge in the bathroom) this was looked at and nothing found.

Amazing Location

This property was PERFECT for our stay in Rome. We came to see basilica’s for the jubilee with our adult son. This location allowed us (two of whom are out of shape seniors) to walk to easily a dozen basilicas and the Colosseum. Metro stations for the blue line and red line are easy walking distance and Termini Station is one bus stop away or a 15 minute slow walk. The Basilica of Mary Major is about a three minute walk and two other smaller basilicas are even closer. From this location, we visited almost 50 amazing churches and a few other sites. Restaurants The kitchen is fully stocked to meat the needs of three guests with more than enough dishes, utensils, glassware and pots and pans (and even a couple sizes of stovetop espresso makers). The smaller bedroom is small but ample space for one, and the larger bedroom easily accommodates two. The main living area is ample for an additional table (where we played games each night) and two sofas. The only thing that was a bit tight was the shower stall, but that’s all of Europe. (Americans are spoiled with larger shower stalls.) There was even a small washing machine. All in all the space was cozy but very comfortable. While the location and accommodations made this place perfect for us, the communication of the host was beyond INCREDIBLE! She checked in with us to see how our visit was going and get to know what we came to Rome to see. Valentina is an AMAZING host!!!If I could exceed 5 stars,, I would!

Perfect Location

This was the perfect apartment for our trip to Rome. We were able to walk to all of our destinations. The apartment also stayed fairly cool despite the warm weather. We did have a little challenge unlocking the door but Valentina was very quick to respond and once we figured it out, it went smoothly thereafter. We’d definitely stay here again.
