When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the original address, adding considerable stress. This rental was our worst VRBO experience ever.

Al llegar a la propiedad espere más de 50 min a la anfitriona en la calle, siendo las 21:50 pm recibo un mensaje deciendome que la reservación está cancelada porque me espero más de 5 hrs después del check in y revendieron la habitación, cuando yo avise que llegaría aproximadamente a esa hora ya que viaje desde Florencia y al llegar a Roma iría de tour, la anfitriona argumento que me envió un mensaje diciendo que estaba cancelada la reservación, mensaje que NO recibí , pero que si deseaba cancelar que me cobraría penalidad o que me podía ofrecer estancia en otra propiedad que esta a 20 min de distancia en autobús y que tenía que llegar antes de las 22:00 , cosa que no era posible hacer ya que viajo con un BB de 2 años y equipaje, le comenté a la anfitriona que no podía quedarme en la calle que requería un hospedaje , me moví a la parada de autobús y revise que el mas próximo salía en 20 mi y NO ME AUEDO OTRA ALTERNATIVA QUE TOMAR UN TAXI Y llegar a la otra propiedad siendo las 11;30 de la noche con mi BB desesperado con sueño , queriendo cambio de pañal . Cuando una reservación está confirmanda y garantizada con un pago no es correcta la sobreventa por parte de los anfitriones , ELLOS REQUIEREN RESPETAR ESA RESERVACIÓN ya que por querer ganar más revenden la habitación y sucede lo de mi caso , alterando mi estabilidad emocional y mi economia y poniendo en riesgo a mi familia porque en esos momentos empecé a buscar otra propiedad sin éxito y aceptando la propuesta de la anf
