The apartment is large, spacious, and bright, and ideally located. The kitchen is large and functional. The bedrooms are comfortable.We regret the lack of soundproofing with the apartment above: the living room and the adjoining bedroom were subjected to loud noise for several hours, until late at night. There are also plumbing issues and very strong odors that need to be addressed in one of the bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of 6- grandparents, parents and teenagers! The property was perfectly located for exploring- easy walk to the collosseum and Roman forum! Easy reach to the metro for further afield. Marta was so helpful and even arranged our transfers from the airport for us! The apartment was lovely and really well equipped! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay again! Thank you

This was our first trip to Italy, and we couldn't have stayed in a better place! It's located just 14 minutes walking distance from The Colliseum, and we walked to most of the other sights we wanted to see. The home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of room for everyone.The neighborhood is inviting and charming. It was more than what we would've hoped for and superseded our expectations.The check in process was easy from start to finish with excellent communication from beginning to end. They even helped us with transportation!Dante's View is a must stay for anyone visiting Rome!

Very nice apartment. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Marta as a wonderful host. The apartment is newly updated which was very nice. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room and private space for everyone. Beds and bathrooms were great. Appreciated the extra blankets in the closets. Nice kitchen, although we didn't do any cooking. I loved the full size refrigerator. Washer was nice (had to google how to use it). Make sure you get two sets of keys. You need keys to enter and exit the main door along with the apartment door. And you have to keep the key in the wall for electricity. We got one at check in but Marta was wonderful and dropped another one off for us while we were out on an excursion. Although the area is not "the best around" we felt safe the entire time. The only negative we had was that we couldn't get the TV in English.

Excellent choice

Everything was excellent! My family of 4 stayed here June 2025 and it was our favorite place after visiting 9 other cities before Rome during our holiday in Italy. We each needed a bedroom to ourselves after all the 24/7 togetherness. This is a very Spacious 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms Apartment on 3rd floor but there is a small lift in building if you don't want to do stairs.Plenty of chairs to sit and room to spread out after a long day sightseeing. AC cooled quickly and was wonderful to have in each bedroom and living areas ,especially after walking around the city all day in the heat /humidity. Smart TVs were nice touch. Small patio balcony also great .Marta & her rental agency team were all responsive and helpful.The apartment itself was better in person than pictured,recently renovated, modern, spacious, extremely clean, washer worked well, had all things you could possibly need to cook &/use in the kitchen that were practically brand new, beds very comfortable( not firm and not soft) & everything was all around great! Walking distance to sooo many good bars/cafes/restaurants, bus/metro stops, retail shops, grocery stores, banks, tourist sights(11 minute walk to Termini Station, 5 min walk to Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major,15 min walk to Coloseo, etc ) in a quieter neighborhood far enough way from busy/noisy intersections in Rome. Highly recommend & would absolutely stay at this apartment again.
