PROPERTY INFORMATION

Cosima is a spacious and comfortable flat centrally located in Rome, with free WiFi. The accommodation features a cosy entrance hall, living room with dining table and a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, two of which are double and one single. The house is ideal for 5 persons, but can accommodate up to 7 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Beds are arranged are as follows:



- Bedroom 1: Double bed for 2 people

- Bedroom 2: Double bed for 2 people plus a Single bed.

- Living room: Additional sofa bed for 2 people.



INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Cosima apartment is the perfect solution in the heart of the historic Rione Trastevere, one of the city\'s most charming and suggestive neighbourhoods of Rome. Numerous bars and restaurants make the area lively and welcoming. Getting around the area is simple and convenient. The public transport stop is only 300 meters from the apartment, with several bus lines (8 tram/bus, H bus) providing easy access to the historic center (Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon).



TO KNOW

- The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building.

- There is no lift.

- We inform our guests that one of the bathrooms is in the room.

- Please inform us in advance of your arrival time in order to better organise check-in.

- Copies of identity documents must be provided prior to arrival.

- Parties are not allowed inside the flat.

- Smoking is not allowed. Animals are not allowed.

-The simultaneous use of several electrical appliances may, in some cases, cause a temporary interruption of the power supply. We therefore invite you to use them carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
