Basement apartment with large windows, accommodates 2 people with the possibility of adding a cot. Located in Monteverde (residential neighborhood with all services and shops close at hand), a few minutes from Trastevere (famous neighborhood for its nightlife with many clubs, pubs, bars and trattorias), it is well connected to the historic centre, the Trastevere train station and the San Camillo hospital. With wi-fi, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. Composed of a living room with equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte; elle répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. Par contre au niveau des équipements, il y a un problème avec la cafetière qui est beaucoup trop petite, nous n’étions que 2 et devions faire 2 fois du café pour petit déjeuner. Au niveau du ménage aussi, il y a aussi à redire: le sol était sale, les draps avec des taches jaunes, les serviettes étaient mouillées à notre arrivée, la douche a les joints moisis. Enfin sur l’annonce, c’est indiqué rez de chaussée mais c’est en fait en sous-sol et on ne voit pas le ciel.
