We loved everything about our stay here. It is our third time to roam, but our first time staying in Prati; now we would never stay anywhere else. Is the least touristy area we’ve stayed while still being to most everything that Rome has to offer. The apartment very large and very comfortable with ice cold air conditioning. The area is incredibly safe everything about our stay was perfect. I will advise that they did not offer soap for bathing so make sure you bring your own but there is a market directly across the street. Molto bene. Grazie mille

This apartment was our absolute favorite during our two week tour of Italy. From the property manager who was excellent in communication and making sure we had everything we needed, to the location which was perfect for us! The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing after the hot days exploring the city. It was perfect!! We would definitely stay again if we were to visit in the future.

Great apartment for staying in Rome!

The apartment was exactly what we needed for staying in Rome. It was so close to the metro so we could easily get to all the sites we were visiting. The host left maps and suggestions for great places to eat. We tried them at least three and she was spot on! We also enjoyed the tub with the jets for feet after long tour day! Highly suggest!

Clean apartment in a great neighborhood. We were a family of three, and there was ample space. Two big beautiful bathrooms. The air conditioning was wonderful with Rome being so hot. The hosts were wonderful. I’m coming back if I can :-)

Clean and renovated, good location , patio and ac. Market and shops across the street. Near Vatican and metro. Picture looks like 2 beds but it has one large bedroom and living room with nice sofa bed . This worked well for 2 adults 2 kids. 2 nice bathrooms . 1 Mile to down town if you chose to walk. Overall quite nice, secure building .

Perfect Location in Prati

The apartment was as presented, and in a great location. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was fairly quiet for a city. This apartment is close to the Metro. We purchased a one-week ticket which made it convenient to navigate Rome. The Vatican is within walking distance. There also many good restaurants, gelato shops, coffee bars and stores, nearby. We greatly appreciate the taxi arrangement to and from the airport. We would stay here again.

What an amazing stay in Rome!

From the moment that we booked with Marzia she worked with us to set up all the logistics of getting to her lovely apartment. She helped us order transportation to the place as well as a taxi to pick us up at the end of our trip. The place was huge, had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The apartment was super clean and we loved the terrace. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store across the street We also ate several times at Bibi’s right beside our building. It was the perfect location and the taxi stand to get transportation while in Rome was about an eight minute walk. We definitely want to come back and this is the place that we would stay in again. Marzia was the PERFECT hostess.

Modern and Quaint

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location cannot be beat as we were close to metro and bus stops, grocery and many other shops. The bathrooms were nicely updated and felt like you were in a modern hotel. It was really nice to have an outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
