Good values for your stay in Rome

It was easy for check in by the instructions from Giorgio. He communicated well with us prior our arrival and during our stay. The room was so spacious and clean with complete kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher. The location is good too, easy to reach from metro. Thank you for making our stays in Rome enjoyable.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a good value and recommend this place for your stay in Rome. When we arrived, the staff pleasantly greeted us. There was an unexpected issue with water pressure but the owner was present all day to fix it as quickly as possible. Further, the owner had excellent communication with us through WhatsApp before and during our stay. The bed was also very comfortable with clean linens.

Alex and Giorgio were very kind. They helped us use the accommodation comfortably and provided the best service. They welcomed us warmly and always responded with a smile. He always responded kindly and quickly even when there were inconveniences or demands. I was moved by their deep understanding and consideration. If I come to Rome next time, I will stay here. I think both republica station and termi station are the best nearby. I'll miss you. I wish you happiness in Korea.

This guest house was one of a kind! My wife and I traveled to Italy for two weeks, we started in Rome in Donna margarita, we arrived late at night, the manager Giorgio was a real pleasure!! He let us check in late he directed us what to do and left us a key so we can check in. The location is amazing right by everything. 5 mins walk from main train station Termini, the rooms were clean and well taken care of!! Giorgio helped us so much with everything we needed even after we left the room I still contacted him for every little question and he was extremely helpful with finding directions and laws that we needed to know he informed me about a lot of things that no other place ever did!! The service and the rooms are AMAZING!!! I would definitely go back there when I’m back in Rome!! I rate this place 10/10!!!!!!

Alles in Allem war es tiptop, die Lage ist super. Leider war es sehr ringhörig und unser Zimmernachbar extrem laut, was vor allem nachts sehr ärgerlich war. Ausserdem haben wir weder bei Check-in noch beim Check-Out irgendwelche Informationen erhalten. Auch war das Personal, bei Fragen, nicht erreichbar.

¡Mi experiencia en este lugar fue excelente! Desde el momento en que llegué, todo fue perfecto. Tienen un elevador que facilita el acceso, las habitaciones privadas en el lobby están cuidadosamente equipadas con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Aunque solo hablé con una persona, todo estaba tan bien organizado que ni siquiera necesité hacer muchas preguntas. Te guían paso a paso desde que llegas, lo que hace que tu estancia sea muy cómoda. ¡Muy recomendado!

위치좋고 깔끔해요

우선 위치가 너무 좋았어여 숙소에서 걸어서 3분내에 Repubica 역이 있고요~테르미니역에서도 걸어한 10분~15분 걸리는 것 같아요~ 바티칸투어를 제외하면 다 걸어서 유적지에 가는 것도 가능합니다. 우선 후기가 없어서 걱정했는데 너무 깔끔했구요 20유로 내면 매일 청소도 해주시더라고요~^^ 깔끔했고 넓어서 즐거운 여행이었어요!!

We didn’t like the bed

The place has a great location. Jay is the person who gave us the keys and explained to us everything about the hotel and was also super friendly. The room had a good size, but the bed was terrible. The mattress was super thin. I could even feel the springs but the most horrible thing is that they were two twin beds next to each other, I was with my husband and if one of us wanted to go to the center of the bed we couldn’t because there was a hole in the middle. Unfortunately the only thing that I can recommend about this place is the location and Jay. But not the beds.

Nothing unique disappointed that we had thought we’d already paid then had to pay on arrival. Client wasn’t expecting us even though we’d followed directions on Expedia. Have to pay 20 euros for cleaning on top. Won’t book through Expedia again and even client said use another website which was poor.

Great location, spacious room and super clean.

Hotel is in a super convenient location! Our room was spacious and very clean. I was a little nervous staying at a hotel without 24hr reception; but Donatella was very nice and she made it very easy for us to coordinate our arrival. The breakfast provided in the morning was really good as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if in Rome again, we will definitely come back.

BEST PLACE! LOVED

It's hard to find and we had hard times check-in, as there is no such reception. Was hard to contact the person and hard to communicate. So if you are a late arrival, please do communicate earlier! Other than that, EVERYTHING WAS VERY SATISFIED. So quiet, so clean, very good location, good Wifi.. Eddie was the best person to talk to! He is so nice as well. Our family loved to stay here. Thank you again.

Disappointing of Late chek-in Clumsiness

こちらのホテルにはレセプションがないため、時間外にチェックインする場合は事前に電話もしくはメールで連絡を入れる必要がありますが、メールで宿泊２か月前に連絡を入れても一切返信がなく、ホテルズドットコムに連絡を入れてもらいようやく１カ月前に返信が来ました。 ホテルズドットコム側の連絡ミスなどの不手際があり、出発前はかなり不安になりました。 さらに当日は、さいさん連絡したにも関わらず、レイトチェックインのためのスタッフがホテル前におらず、再度こちらから電話連絡を入れてようやくチェックインできました。 こちらのホテルにレイトチェックインする場合は、現地で電話を使えない場合はお勧めしません。 ホテル自体は清潔で、立地もよく（テルミニから徒歩で１０分かかりません）、コストパフォーマンスは良いとおもいます。料金が安いため、アメニティ等はほとんどありませんが、最低限の設備（バスタオル、冷蔵庫、ハンガーとクローゼット、ドライヤー）は完備されています。

The staff Eddie was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean! our room had everything we need, Thanks a lot ! 我們入住了五晚含廚房的套房，房裡備有洗衣機與微波爐等廚具配備，也有各式餐具，自己想吃點早餐或洗衣服很方便! 像在家的感覺! 住宿離地鐵站也很近。

Prettig hotel in centrum

Bij aankomst op de airport gebeld met hotel dat we eraan kwamen. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen en uitleg gekregen over de electronische kaartsleutels. Nette ruime kamer met airco, douche, toilet, televisie, koelkast en waterkoker. Wel rekening houden dat je in het centrum zit, hoort het verkeer buiten. Ik vond dat niet erg want na de hele dag rondwandelen in Rome heerlijk geslapen. Goede bedden. De kamer wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Bedden opgemaakt.

H & R in Italy

Great location & very nice room. However the Wi-Fi was intermittent, especially late afternoon & evening which was disappointing as we were a long way from home & needed to keep in touch. Also no glasses were supplied & the plastic coffee/tea cups need cleaning. The concierge downstairs was very helpful in calling us a taxi as taxi phone service was in Italian. Much appreciated.

Great spot in rome

We were attending a friends wedding in Rome and needed a place near the venue. The hotel was great value for money, clean and bright! There was a little fridge for so we could get some cheese and wine for little snacks. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and Eataly, just around the corner did coffee and croissants to go!
