The Hotel has maintained it's heritage appearance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Only negative comment is "broccoli for breakfast"?????

Wonderful Stay

For a small hotel it has lots of warm welcoming to it nice building and the staff was friendly and wonderful. We will come back again to this hotel.

Delightful hotel in heritage property. Very helpful, friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms, well-soundproofed with quiet AC, no traffic noise and very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommemded.

Nice location in the center of Georgetown. Lot of points of interest on walking distance from the hotel. Old town, Love lane, Jetty’s. This boutique hotel is a nice ancient chinese style house, with just 8 or 9 rooms. Areas for improvement are the beds / mattresses. Really rock solid and prevents a good sleep. And also the breakfast was pretty limited choices; toast, jam, 4 or 5 hot options and also exactly the same for 3 days. Note you’re in the city and this old house lacks good isolation, so trafficnoise and bar music is around till late, but this didn’t bother us much.

The numbers of room in the hotel are small and its chic. One thing though the hotel could install an elevator for seniors' connivence of movement due to steep staircase, particularly when moving luggage up and down the staircase. All and all the hotel get my full marks.

The hotel presents as a preserved nyonya style building. It has beautiful nyonya style tiles and decor. The internal courtyard is enclosed with a mobile roof and very pleasant to sit. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the shower had an electric hot water heater. It was clean. Good food courts and restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance

ヘリテージホテルに泊まりたくて3泊しました。 概ね良好なホテルと言えます。 不満点を挙げるなら、温水で、一応給湯設備はあるのですが、シャワーを使っているうちに水になってしまい、妻や娘は寒がっていました。 立地はジョージタウンを満喫するのに最高ですね。 夜に賑わうBarの通りに近く、土曜日の夜は賑やかですが、案外部屋に戻ると騒音は気になりませんでした。 建物や調度品は歴史を感じさせるもので、没入感あって好きでした。 また、無料で朝食が振る舞われます。 毎日同じメニューでしたが何の不満もありません。だった無料なんですから。とても美味しかったですよ。 今回は8歳の娘を連れて、家族で利用しましたが、家族利用は向いていないかもしれません。 そう再々行けるものでもないので、またの利用は難しいかもしれませんが、次回は系列のホテルに宿泊してみたいと思います。

It is a beautifully renovated, small hotel in the heart of the UNESCO heritage area of Georgetown, within walking distance to lots of dining options and interesting sites. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the small gift were lovely too. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in Georgetown

Excellent hotel in a nice central location. Easy access to sights in Georgetown. Lovely traditional style building with some nice features. Staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained historical themed hotel.

Very convenient location to explore historical George Town. Hotel has a historical theme and is very well maintained. The breakfast is basic but good with local dishes.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

What a Charm, beautiful boutique hotel. It has a total of 8 rooms, spacious, clean and comfortable. In the centre of the old George Town. Walking distance to attractions, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is simple but enough. Don't miss it, highly recommended

It was ok…old hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Staff were great in efforts to make you comfortable while staying there. Beds a little hard and staying in the old town is maybe good for a night but we stayed 3 nights.

This was a cute, rustic, safe hotel right in the middle of historic Georgetown. We ordered a ride through the hotel which never came. Everything was fine at the hotel except wifi was terrible. I spoke to the front desk and they have 4-5 wifi you can tap into but in the 36 hours we were there two of us could never get on. So if you're planning on wifi, it's not recommended here. Our room was smaller than an average small hotel we are used and it accesses the lobby/dining area. Maybe not for a long stay but otherwise everything else was fine.

Good hotel and nice location. The room is big and I like the free breakfast too. Within walking distance to many eatery and it’s in the UNESCO area so nice to walk around The room comes with a big king size bed,chairs, table, wardrobe and coffee tea making facility. Downside is not many channels to choose from, the bed is a little hard and room is very dusty. When I go into my bed, I can see lots of dust flying around. Bathroom and amenities are good. AC is good and cold. Overall a good hotel but because of the bed may not stay again.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und liegt sehr nah am Zentrum. Es war alles sauber und auch die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es ein traditionelles Ambiente geschaffen hat welches auch zum Stadtbild passt. Den Service möchten wir explizit nochmal hervorheben, hier waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Den einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, da unser Zimmer auf der Straßenseite war und es hier etwas lauter war. Die Betten waren auch etwas härter aber dennoch in Ordnung.
