IL CORTILE DI ANNA is a welcoming completely renovated holiday home, located in a building
owner of a neighborhood
quiet and peaceful, a stone's throw from the metro line A stop battistini, which
It allows you to reach San Pietro, the Vatican Museums in 5 minutes, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the city center in 10 minutes.
It consists of two tastefully decorated bedrooms. A large and bright triple room, and a double room
for a total of 5 beds.
In front of the entrance there is a large and verdant terrace with a table and 6 chairs where you can relax after a day spent in the center of Rome. The eat-in kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, toaster, pots, plates and cutlery. The bathroom has a bathtub. The comfortable environment allows you to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Bonito sitio y bien ubicado para una estancia en Roma

Hemos estado una semana en Roma en este apartamento y muy bien. Está ubicado a 5 minutos del metro que conecta todo Roma, desde el coliseo, termini, la fontana...El apartamento es amplio y dispone de una terraza cubierta donde poder comer. Las habitaciones y sala son grandes y el baño completo con bañera (no de hidromasaje).La dueña nos recibió muy atentamente y nos ayudó a ubicarnos en roma, indicando donde estaba el super (10 min andando), el metro, algún pequeño restaurante de la zona... También hay una farmacia a 5 minutos andando.Se puede llegar en el metro y tren desde Fiumicino o en taxi por 50 euros como hicimos nosotros.La zona es muy tranquila, lejos del ruido y gente que habitualmente anda por el centro de Roma.Recomendable! Gracias Anna por todo

Over all a wondeful stay. Anna was an amazing host. The bus and subway was just a short walk away. Grocery store too. Everything you need to cook with was there. Local people were very nice and helpful, dont let the looks of the area worry you. As for the clean status of the unit I personally give it a 8.5/10. I am a clean freak so for me spider webs in the corners, dust on photos frames are a big notice for me. However the over all of the home was clean. The bedsheet were extremely clean including the bed themself. The shower is small however for me beimf 5'4 was not bad but my 6'2 husband had fun durn shower time lol. For the pice of this place and the locations I say worth the booking. We were able to hop on the subway and get to all our sites in max 40min! This was amazing! Place over all is like the photos on the ad.

Not right in the city but everything accessible!

Loved the apartment space! We stayed for almost a month. We had enough room and needed to be able to work. Never had issues with WiFi. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooked quite often. Walking distance to grocery, cappuccino and fresh bread daily. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. Space was very clean. We loved the patio space and would sit and have a glass of Prosecco. Shower space is a little small which is not normally an issue. My husband is just 6.4 and so was tight. But he would definitely say was not a deterrent. Anna was a great host and didn’t bother us but would answer questions if we had any.

Mitten drin. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße Es ist alles gut mit den öffentlichen ( U-Bahn und Bus) zu erreichen. Leider ist das Inventar schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Rom ist eine aufregende und schöne Metropole.

Goog stay, but location is not centric

The location was clean, we were allowed to parking and the host was quite ready to answer and quite receptive, but there was a problem: hot water was not available because there was a problem with the heater. The location is far away from the downtown and no hot tube available!

Un bon séjour à Rome

Anna est une hôte accueillante et répond rapidement aux messages. Son logement est un peu éloigné du centre de la ville mais très accessible en transport en commun. Pour le tarif, c'est un logement raisonnable.

Parfait pour visiter Rome .

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Rome , juste à côté de la station de métro. Le logement est fonctionnel. La baignoire sabot n’est pas très pratique lorsque l’on est un peu large et grand. La Clim serai un vrai plus pour que ce logement soit parfait ( nous étions en période de canicule, sans cela, il est sûrement très bien).Anna est une hôte très agréable elle sait être à l’écoute de ses hôtes et fait tout son possible pour répondre aux besoins tout en étant discrète. La terrasse extérieure est un vrai plus. . Pourvoi garer sa voiture dans l’allée sécurisée est aussi très pratique . Je recommande !

Het verblijf was netjes en schoon. Anna stond al op ons te wachten ondanks de vertraging die we hadden. Onze auto stond op haar terrein geparkeerd veilig achter een hek. Anna was zeer gedetailleerd qua informatie over de metro, supermarkten en restaurants. we konden onze weg makkelijk vinden in Rome.

Quiet and comfortable base station

We enjoyed staying one week in this spacy and quiet apartment. Located close to the metro stop, it was a good base for all our visits to the centre. Although style of the apartment is not very modern, it provided everything we needed. Our host Anna was very kind.

Appartement confortable et agréable

L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il y a tout le nécessaire. Les chambres et les lits sont spacieux. La salle de bain est bien , seul bémol la douche qui est étroite et le jet de douche est en mauvaise état. Linge de lit et de douche propre et confortable. Quant à notre ôte, Anna est accueillante, disponible et discrète. L'appartement est dans une rue calme et fleurie. Dans les alentours, il y a de nombreux commerces ouvert tard le soir ainsi que des restaurants. Et le plus important est qu'il se situe à quelques minutes du métro Battistini ( métro A) Ce séjour fût très agréable et si nous revenons sur Rome, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement.

Schöne große Wohnung mit Terrasse

Eine Wohnung, von der man mit der U-Bahn in ca. 15-20 min. in der Innenstadt ist. Schöne Terrasse draußen zum Essen, insgesamt schön viel Platz. Die Dusche ist für große Leute etwas schwierig wegen einer Stufe in der kleinen Duschwanne. Und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett!
