This is the best hotel I stay in Italy, service is excellent, breakfast is nice and all the guests are friendly. Great hotel. Also receive a pack of lovely easter chocolate during our stay, so warm!

I stayed at Hotel Gregoria for four nights with two friends, and our experience was truly fantastic. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. Everything is within walking distance—we could reach Plaza de España in just three minutes, and shopping, dining, and a grocery store were all nearby. Whenever we needed a taxi, the staff at the lobby arranged one quickly, and we could hop in right at the front door. Our room was super comfortable and surprisingly quiet, despite being in the center of the city. Breakfast was served at the table rather than buffet style, with a variety of options to choose from, which we really enjoyed. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay. We had arranged airport transportation through the hotel, and when our flight was delayed, they quickly adjusted the schedule to accommodate us. Their responsiveness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Gregoria, and we would love to stay there again when we return to Rome!

The staff were friendly and always very helpful. The hotel is clean and the breakfast included was delicious. The location is great! Close to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. A excellent variety of restaurants in the area to chose from. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff were so very friendly, it made the stay very comfortable. The view from my room was right towards the street… at the end of our street are the Spanish Steps. Incredible location. Very clean room with lots of closet space. 10000% recommend.

What a quaint place to stay in Rome. Fantastic location and friendly 24/7 reception. Here's a tip though, if you're from the United States bring a power adapter because they don't offer those to borrow. They helped us order a confirmed ride to the airport leaving at 5 am. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet inside the hotel. Great walkable area near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We walked back to hotel from Colosseum tour. Staff booked our transfers to/from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly nestled in Rome. I stayed here with my husband and 2 children (a teen and a 8 yr old). We stayed during the month of August. The hotel itself is exactly as pictured and a perfect Italian stay. The room was clean, theres a small elevator, AC was cold, we didn’t hear our neighbors, the breakfast was delicious. But the staff… WOW AMAZING. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Akrem helped to guide us even before we landed in Rome and pretty much held our hand to make sure we knew exactly what to do next. In the hotel itself everyone gave us advice on what to do, where to go, how to arrive. The hotel is walking distance from so many of the beautiful locations people want to visit in Rome (the Spanish steps are up the block). I suggest using Google Maps it’s super accurate and easy to navigate. There’s also so many restaurants in the area too. For restaurants go by the are below the Spanish steps (there are soooo many options). Shopping for everyone. If you have kids go to the Pinocchio toy store. This was a perfect hotel and when we go back to Rome we plan on staying here again.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They assisted in reservations for taxi's and directions to nearby tourist attractions. The complementary breakfast was adequate and nutritious. Rooms are very clean and quiet at night providing for a restful sleep towards our next days journey! Its worth every penny! Stat their!

The location is excellent! Facility is clean. Bed is a little on the hard side but this is personal preference. The staff from the front desk, the bfast dining staff and the cleaning ladies are all nice and professional. Shout out to Fabi from the front desk who always has a nice smile and cheerful!
