Welcome to our newly renovated apartment, the perfect retreat to discover the real Rome!
Located in a quiet neighborhood and very well connected to the center, you can enjoy the city away from the tourist areas, but with all the services at your fingertips.
The apartment is spacious, bright and ideal for families or groups.
Supermarkets, restaurants and public transport are very close.
A corner of Rome where you can immediately feel at home!
Welcome to your ideal retreat in Rome!
Our newly renovated apartment offers spacious and bright areas for a comfortable stay. The heart of the home is the cozy living room with an open kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
The two large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensure privacy and convenience, making the apartment ideal for families or couples of friends.
To complete the experience, a lovely balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif in the open air, surrounded by the tranquility of the neighborhood. A little corner of Rome where you'll feel right at home!
Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal for their exclusive use.
They will be given the keys (building door and apartment entrance door), which will be returned upon their departure.
There are no times to respect for entering and exiting the house, just the good rules of living in a Condominium!
Monteverde is an elegant and quiet residential neighborhood, perfectly connected to the center of Rome.
Rich in shops, restaurants, cafés, and local markets, it offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Just a short walk away is Villa Pamphili, the largest park in Rome, ideal for walks and relaxation in nature.
Additionally, the apartment is located just a few steps from San Camillo and Spallanzani hospitals, making it a convenient choice for those needing easy access to these facilities.
The neighborhood is well served by public transport, allowing quick access to Trastevere, the Vatican, and the city's main attractions. A great choice for those looking for an authentic experience in a safe and lively area.
Guests will always be contacted several days before their arrival, to provide them with directions on the best way to reach the house and organize the welcome.
We are able to suggest to our guests, private car drivers of our trust at a special price, for the transfer to/from airports, train stations and the Port of Civitavecchia.
The apartment will be regularly available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-in can be anticipated if guests need it and availability can be confirmed.
In case of arrival after 9:00 pm, there will be a surcharge of 20 euros on the total amount due.
In case of arrival after midnight, there will be a surcharge of 50 euros on the total amount due.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
There are no times to respect for entering and exiting the property.
Guests will be given the keys (main doors and entrance door), which will be returned upon departure.
In case of loss and / or damage to the keys, guests will be required to compensate for the damage.
