Splendida

A great pace in a conveniant location in the midst of the most meravigliosa città. The host Fabrizio very kind, supportive, and easy going. The Appartement has everything necessario and more. Gread places to eat for little money, too. Close to bus and train. Cabs are so cheap and friendly, best way to get around town. Absolutely all stars...

Great apartment!

My daughter and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while we visited Rome and used it as our home base as we also flew to Sicily and took a short trip to Positano. It was such a comfortable place to stay - kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, there was a washer for clothing, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great! Fabrizio, our host, was so welcoming and he gave us many suggestions for restaurants and stores close to the apt. There is a train station about a 10 minute walk from the place, and from there you can get anywhere in the city, as well as to main train terminal. We enjoyed our stay in Fabrizio’s place!

L'emplacement est parfait pour les transports (train, métro] ainsi que pour les commerces à proximité ! par contre la propreté du quartier laisse à désirer !Les chambres de l'appartement sont excellentes avec une literie parfaite , par contre la salle de séjour-cuisine est très sombre nécessitant de l'éclairage même par grand soleil et la vaisselle est trop réduite pour un appartement prévu pour 4 personnes , mais nous n'étions que 2 !Le propriétaire est très accueillant et agréable de contact donnant toutes les explications pour simplifier le séjour !En résumé je pense que ce logement est plus adapté pour des jeunes que pour des personnes plus âgées sans doute plus exigeantes , ce qui était notre cas .
