Staff very good and room had much more room than a hotel, and we just had a single bedroom. The location is absolutely fantastic! Great restaurants and a marvelous coffee and pastry shop two blocks away.

Overall the checkin/checkout process was convienient and the staff was mostly responsive. One thing that should be improved is the hot water situation. We were a party of 3 and waited around 30-40 mins in between showers as instructed. However, we only had consistent hot water for 1/3 days

The area was within walking distance of the main sights we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of places to eat near the apartment.
