Room was nice and comfortable. It was a little warm-September. A floor fan would be a nice addition. Hotel is in a busy area and above a nightclub, it was very loud one night of our stay.

We stayed twice in Navona the time we are in Italy. The first we were upgraded to a big beautiful room. The next time no more freebie. But both times we were so close to the noise that persists still after midnight. Can you imagine non stop noise? Then if we get a private vehicle you cannot just come in where Navona is. There is a ban at certain time for vehicle that are private. That was a great hassle. Many restaurants to pick everywhere. Many good and not so good food ( because it is too salty like salt is on sale they need to use it all). There’s ATM inside the hotel which is great because at least you are safe from the many pickpockets in Italy.

Excellent location to explore the sights & surrounded by lots of restaurants - room was great for what we needed and bonus of a patio to sit & lounge on. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend booking this hotel.

Great property, we had more of a suite than a room. We had a big bedroom & separate large lounge. Situated in a quiet area but with lots of dining options nearby, very helpful front desk staff helped book football tickets for us & print them out, recommended restaurants. Hotel is walkable to everything.

This was our second stay and we’ll be back again next year. We can’t fault the helpfulness, friendliness and attitude of all the staff. Superb room and very comfortable bed. Swish bathroom although the shower head mounting is a little low unless you’re only 4ft tall!

Tourist tax was required to be paid by cash only, and it was charged when arriving to the hotel, and there was no receipt of the tax given to us. Also, the amount of the tax was bigger than what was told beforehand. Hotel was clean, despite some minor things. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were friendly as well. Most of the reception staff were friendy too. Air conditioning in the rooms were a positive.

I love the location walkable to some tourist spots and tour bus stops. I love the neighborhood safe and there’s a lot of restaurants around the area. I thought the bar downstairs will bother us during the night but it didn’t. All of the receptionist were so nice and helpful to us. Definitely coming back to this place. I highly recommend this for tourists.

Would stay here again

The property is well situated, near Piazza Navona, and an easy walk to the Roman Forum/Colosseum or the Vatican. The street outside the hotel can get noisy on weekends if you are facing the street. The bed was very comfortable, however some of the furniture was a bit tired. Overall a very good experience.

The location was excellent everything you needed on doorstep and short walk to all main tourist attractions. A little noisy at night being close to bars but still managed to get good night sleep. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Some furniture items were tired but apartment was very safe and staff were excellent. I would recommend this to others and have no problems booking again. The transfers to and from the airport were excellent!

At first glance from the street when we got dropped off by the Taxi, I was a little nervous. Little bit of garbage in the streets and a little bit of graffiti on the walls of the opposite building. But once we entered the building, it was not disappointed, very charming and quaint. Loved Wood, structural beans and the old brick. Also loved that they had the building in front where they had a restaurant and on the other side as well. The people were extremely nice. We definitely stay there again.
