There wasn't a fitted sheet on my bed. The shower drain was clogged. No shelves or hooks so everything goes on the ground. Lastly, the lock to the door was not working so the staff came and pulled it more in and unlocked it. I was looking at her like, how in the hell am I supposed to know this? Later that night I came back and it was doing the same thing but pulling it in wouldn't work. It was so late but I needed to go to bed. I called and there was no answer. I was pretty much locked out of my room. I just tried over and over and it finally opened. Thank goodness. That lock seriously needs to be replaced and if not, let the guests know that it may or may not open. Depends on your lucky stars

Huge room with vaulted ceilings. Closet is small and not many plug outlets so make sure to pack light and bring outlet spliter for all your electronic devices. Very walkable to everywhere in Rome including Roma Central and nearby metro stop. We did arrive late and used WhatsApp to communicate with very easy instructions with pictures so we knew we were in right room. Enjoy the tight elevator. When in Rome do as the Romans do. Get squished ;)

The suite we stayed was great for families, two big bedrooms with two bathrooms. Price was excellent. The rooms were old though, but it had a charm to it. One of the bathrooms had a bad odor and it was old as well. I heard many places in Rome had this sewage smell in the bathrooms. The staff was great, the locations was also great as it was near everything.
