Great place for two couples. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer available (though we had trouble making sense of how to use it ..Lol) Nice to have sitting area where we could gather together and talk about the day's travels and plan for the next. Host was great. We enjoyed the location, right in the center of everything we wanted to see.

The property is in a perfect location. One minute for Pantheon, 10 from Piazza Navona and 12 from the Trevi. The unit had everything we needed. Gian was a great host who speaks perfect English. He has a WhatsApp so you can communicate easily. The A/C was great and we used it. This will be the first unit we check on for our next trip to Rome.

Everything was seamless. The few issues we had were dealt with immediately and efficiently. Communication with the host via WhatsApp what fast and clear. There were two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that fit our needs for 4 people perfectly. The location 30 seconds from the pantheon was perfect. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent location. Friendly host. Easy check in. One room had two single beds, and the other had four single beds so perfect for parents plus college aged adults (6 beds for 6 adults total) Spacious. Clean. Quiet. Reviews are accurate regarding hot water, we spaced out to ensure we had enough. Well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!
