Hotel is about 500 meter away from central station. 10 mins walk to both Cavor or Terminal station. Easy access to all major spots with Metro.

Experience was disappointing. There was an issuing with overhead lighting ( could not be turned off) and there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom (mold/mildew). We arrived late due to our flight so there was not much we could do about it. Reception tried to be helpful but there were no additional rooms available.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Terrible experience. The reception staff were nice and helpful, but they were far beyond a good service. The room was musty, smells terrible and very small for what was advertised for three adults. The coffee maker had murky water filled, it seems like it was never cleaned ever, the plastic cups had dark stains like someone already used them. The bathroom flush would not flush on occasions or would keep water running without stopping, broken handle. the shower was very small and uncomfortable, barely fits an average sized person. The cleaning service was the worst, the cleaners would not replenish the tiny shampoo bottles or the soup, they take the towels but not replace them. They would haphazardly make the bed like a child would. My child would make their bed better than they would :D. We had to run after the staff (mind you after a long day of walking the city) to ask for towels and shampoo/soap. Internet WIFI was terrible and we could not get any reception in the room. I would not go back to that place.

Lobby and elevator was small, but it's Rome so what do you expect. The layout of the rooms were somewhat awkward but it might be because we're tourists. Location was great, rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Was overcharged a city tax, but the receptionist helped refund the amount. Make sure you pay the correct city tax.

Decent location for walking the City, Metro and eateries. We had stayed in this hotel in 2018 just after it was refurbished and the amenities were good. It felt as though nothing has been done to preserve this standard as the hotel looked tired. Our room had many issues. The foremost was the smell from the drains in a very narrow and poorly laid out bathroom. The sink was obviously a recent and poorly fitted replacement and the shower was tiny. There is no bar or restaurant and the baggage store has a camera but it is an open room with general access, they could put a lock on the door to secure it. Checkout was 1030 which is earlier than most, we asked if we could stay until 1200 and were asked for 100 Euros for the 2 rooms; we declined. There are many other small independent hotels in Rome, better than this one, look around. Not recommended.
