Family Vacation in Rome

1 apartment was clean2 air conditioning worked great3 it was too difficult to enter the building and apartment. We followed all the instructions, but if the online portal is not working, there is no access (which happened to us at least 3 times in 3 days) The 1st time was especially stressful as it was our 1st entry to the building, AND because there was no response from apartment management for close to 45 minutes. I would eliminate this method of entry and rely on the keypad.4. WiFi was unreliable.
