Bel appartement pour nous 6, 2 adultes et 4 ados. Bon échange et accueil par le propriétaire qui nous a donner de bonnes adresses de restaurants et pas cher. Emplacement dans un quartier très sympa et pas loin du centre historique a pied ou en bus.

Appartement bien placé dans un quartier calme et fonctionnel.

L’appartement est très bien placé pour visiter Rome. Le quartier est agréable, bien fourni en restaurant, supermarchés (juste en face), le métro A est à 10 minutes à pied. Nous étions 5 dans l’appartement pendant 6 jours, c’était très bien quoique un peu serré pour manger à 5 (il faut coller 2 petites tables en L) mais pour les quelques repas pris à l’appartement c’était suffisant. Le quartier est calme. L’immeuble aussi. Les volets sont très occultants pas de soucis avec la lumière du jour le matin! En bref notre séjour a été top, et le logement était parfaitement adapté.

Kleine, aber feine Unterkunft für den Romurlaub

Die zentrale Lage und 5 Betten war für uns entscheidend für die Wahl dieser 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Man kommt in alle Richtungen gut mit verschiedenen Bussen weg. Zu Fuß zum Kolosseum sind es auch nur 20 Min oder zur Metro A ca. 15 Min. Busse fahren dorthin aber auch. Ein Elternschlafzimmer mit sehr weichem Doppelbett und das größte Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten plus 2 Betten an der Wand herunterklappbar ergibt Platz für max. 6 Personen. Bei nur einem Bad mit nur einer Toilette kann das aber zum Stau führen. Gefrühstückt wird an einem Klapptisch im Flur für max. 4 Personen. Praktisch kann nur reihum gegessen werden. Wenn der Straßenlärm ab 22 Uhr draußen langsam leiser wird, kann man auch schlafen. Die Fenster sind praktisch nicht isoliert, so dass man jeden Ton von der Straße mithört. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, aber für den Herbst oder Frühjahr ist das nicht wichtig und das Klima in der Wohnung daher für uns ideal. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit per Whats App und spricht gutes Englisch. Seine Frau übergibt die Schlüssel in ihrem Kurzwarenladen gleich nebenan. In Summe und für den Preis eine gute Schlafgelegenheit für Familien von 4-5 Personen, die sich morgens und abends selbst versorgen möchten. By the way, "inkl. Frühstück" bedeutet in Italien Zwieback und eingeschweißte Teilchen plus Marmelade aus dem Schrank. Es gibt aber auch einen Penny gleich nebenan sowie Bäcker und einen sehr schönen traditionellen Mercato in 100 m Entfernung.

The holiday home is small but absolutely sufficient for a short city trip. The Colosseum is within walking distance, so the location is very good. The parking situation is unfortunately a bit difficult but all in all highly recommended.

Close to good food and within walking distance to attractions.

It was a great place/location and had a balcony. However, recommend putting chairs or love seat in entry to have some place to sit and relax because unit had no living room. Hosts were great!

The host was waiting for us at the entrance of the building, which was very nice, then they explained to us how it works in the apartment and gave us tips about the restaurants and metro station to the attraction. The Apartment was very nice, clean and fully equipped.

Lovely place to stay and fantastic hosts

We had a great stay at the flat during the New Year. We had everything we needed there and It's close to the main attractions to visit. Luigi was helpful, taking his time going through the flat, recommending lovely local restaurants, and giving us directions to go to the places to visit. He was so kind to call a taxi for us to catch a train and the plane, even making sure we got into the taxi very early in the morning. We also appreciate that he allowed us to leave later to catch our plane back home in the evening. Luigi & Tiziana are the best hosts, making our holiday extra special. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.

A great break in Rome

We had a lovely break in Rome and the owners were really helpful and always responded via WhatsApp if we had any questions. The neighbourhood was great - easy walk to the Colosseum and a supermarket almost next door with lots of restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

We were two female high school friends. Luigi greeted us at the apartment. He was friendly and helpful in getting us situated and giving us suggestions on getting around and restaurants. We felt safe and close enough to the things we wanted to see while in Rome. Would absolutely recommend.
