The facility was as advertised. The property was well maintained and the housekeeper, Nikki was there to meet us and gave us a very thorough explanation of how everything worked. The views of the coliseum was spectacular! I will definitely recommend this property to friends coming to Rome.

Excellent location. Breathtaking views. Very clean accomodations and Nikki was wonderful. Great cost savings to get take out and eat on the terrace. Only caution was the final staircase leading to the apartment. Not ideal for older/unstable individuals but fine for a family retreat!

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. We will be back and will be telling anyone we know traveling to Rome. The owner and property manager were very responsive and kind. Penthouse apt with incredible view of Colleseum. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful terrace wirh multiple seating areas. Nikki the manager was friendly and very helpful. The apt is on the 6th floor but elevator goes to 5th floor and there is 1 staircase to the apt. Just fyi. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome.

The apartment is centrally located and all important sights were walkable. The apartment has an elevator that gets you up six floors but the last floor is two flights of stairs which we were aware of but they are steep with low head clearance for anyone over six feet tall. Nicky the housekeeper was most helpful in explaining things and helping us with the washing machine. The kitchen is small. There is really only two bedrooms that are enclosed, the third is open to several areas and would be most suitable for children not adults. Overall I would say that we enjoyed the apartment and if we were 20 years younger we would have liked it even more.

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, and the terrace and views would have made us overlook issues even if there were any! The host was extremely responsive and Nikki, who helped with check-in and check-out could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Views galore!

This was a fantastic place to stay and the terrace was beyond expectations. We had a view of the Colesseum, Palentine Hill and the Forum. So close to restaurants and bars. The place was spacious and clean. Checkin was a breeze.Thank you to Candy and Nikkie!

Epic Place to Stay in Rome!

We loved the location of this place! It was perfect for my family - if my kids got tired of walking, we could still come back to our place and sit on the terrace with incredible views. So many wonderful things to see were in walking distance, and the place was so nice and spacious.Our flight arrived early in the morning, and Nikki was so, so nice about letting us drop of our luggage so we could walk around and get some food.I highly recommend this location!

Amazing view of Roman Colosseum

We had a fantastic stay at this rooftop location… Very convenient to the Colosseum and the forum. Million dollar views of the Colosseum. We will definitely stay at this location the next time we are traveling to Rome.

The apartment is on the roof of the complex. The terrace for this apartment is huge and has good views of the colosseum (fantastic).There is a small elevator what will take you up to the fifth floor, you will have to take 2 flights of stairs to the roof to access the apartment, a little different, but once you figure out where it is at, and access the terrace and apartment it's kind of cool. The first floor of the block has businesses. One of the businesses is a tour company and has their meeting location on the street, therefore it gets very busy on the street at certain times of the day. When you're in the apartment you will not notice, it's just when you leave or enter the building. Access to the colosseum could not get any better.Overall we really liked this apartment and would stay here again.

The view was exactly as promised. The location was perfect, very close to colosseum, metro, taxis, etc. The apartment itself was perfect, charming, understated and very comfortable. We would stay here again.
