Easy to walk to all sites, beautiful appartment just outside central Trastevere, so nice and quiet, friendly helpful host. I would stay again next time im in rome.

The location of this property is perfect for walking to Vatican, Trastevere neighborhood for dining/shops, Jewish Ghetto, and is located along the Tiber river. The pictures on line are accurate and reflect the property. One of the main reasons we selected the property was for its rooftop terrace, which was large and has several seating areas.

Hip apt in a trendy area

Apt was modern and in a very quiet area, just a few blocks from all the night life action. It would be helpful to have a lighted magnifying mirror for women to put on make-up. The patio area is great!

An oasis in Travestere

Located in the lively neighborhood of travestere. Entirely renovated and very clean. Very nice terrasse on the roof to enjoy some quiet time in the evening. Perfect for a couple vacation in Rome

Spacious property with a large roof terrace in a quiet area within 10 minutes walk to the main dining and shopping area of Trastevere. Air conditioning in both living and bedroom areas which is a must in summer in Rome.

Bright and tidy

Great location to walk to Vatican, Trastevere, Janiculum Hill or across river to attractions. Our host had great recommendations for dinner and prompt with replies to any questions. Area felt safe. Apartment clean tidy everything you need with a bonus amazing dreamy upper terrace.

We enjoyed our stay in Mauro's property. It's very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location, just steps from Ponte Mazzini and a walkable distance from the Vatican, the core of Trastevere and many of the most popular attractions. Mauro was an excellent communicator and responded promptly to all messages. Overall, a very positive experience.

Beautiful apartment on a quite street

The apartment is gorgeous and comfortable. The terrace is great for a break in the afternoon or dinner. It is on the edge of Trastevere so it is an easy walk to restaurants and the historic center of Rome but it is quite unlike most of Trastevere. Mauro provided lots of good suggestions for restaurants and other things nearby.

A lovely stay in Trastevere

Our host Mauro was helpful and very communicative. His place is in a great location Trastevere Rome. Just off the beaten path enough to be quiet but mere minutes from the very hip and happening night life of the Trastevere neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with great art work and a private roof top garden. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Rome. Beautiful place with a great rooftop terrace. Ten minute walk to great restaurants and shops in Trastavere and other restaurants across the river. Loved the Basilica di Santa Maria in Trastavere. Also, only 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 30 minutes to Pantheon, etc. Mauro was a great host and communication was great, though we never really needed anything. Thanks for everything.

Stellar flat. Wonderful on all levels.

I can't say enough good things about our stay. First, the flat is wonderful. It is just as advertised and then some. Plenty of space with impeccable design. The location in Trastevere is close enough to walk to everything but on a tranquil, quiet street. Communication with Mauro was effortless. He greeted us when we arrived and explained everything about the property. So easy. I highly recommend this beautiful rental.

A true gem. Steps from everything

Truly amazing property. Perfect location walkable to all the major attractions. Sits in Trestevere, but just outside the louder parts of the neighborhood. Easy stroll to the best restaurants and nightlife. The apartment is tastefully designed and well appointed. The rooftop terrace is very large and a great way to spend an evening. The kitchen is larger than it appears in photos and has everything you need to prepare meals at home if you wish. Mauro is an attentive host and provides all the necessities. Extra bedding, fresh soft towels, etc. Like I said. Truly amazing. Would stay again my next time in Rome.

Good place

Our host was very attentive and helpful. Check in was easy and he even let us self- check out to accommodate our flight plans. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He answered any questions we had immediately. The apartment was in an excellent location. We were able to be in the heart of Trastevere in minutes and walk all over the city. We always felt very safe and the street was quiet. Linens and towels were clean. The apartment itself however felt a bit run down and like it could have used a good deep cleaning. We also didn’t have much hot water in the shower. It was barely warm and would fluctuate between cold and barely warm while showering. The roof top terrace was lovely. All in all we had a good stay.

Very cool apartment in a great neighbourhood

When you look up the address, don't let plainness of the street deter you. This apartment is fantastic - nicely laid out, very cool decor, quiet and all the amenities you want PLUS a massive roof-top terrace with a table and lots of seating plus fresh herbs growing in pots that guests are welcome to use. The space is very well decorated and has lots of natural light from the large greenhouse-style roof as well as the windows. Everything was modern and clean and comfortable plus it was well-located - just two blocks into the heart of Trastavere where you will find many restaurants and bars. The Colosseum was just a 40-minute walk and the Vatican about 20 minutes so we walked and biked everywhere. The neighbourhood is very safe and a little "snack bar" is at the end of the street for breakfast on weekdays. Mauro was a great host. He met us right on time and carried up one of our heavy bags, showed us everything we needed to know and left us to enjoy the apartment. Same on check-out - very easy and quick. And the onsite parking is a huge bonus. I definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Rome.

Eine tolle Woche in Rom!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Mauro, der Vermieter, war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Top Wohnung - Top Vermieter

Wir waren als Paar im Mai 22 für 8 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight, aber auch so ist die Wohnung sehr schön - wie auf den Bildern!!! Die Lage empfanden wir ideal, da vieles wie der Petersplatz, die Piazza Navona oder auch das Zentrum von Trastevere sehr gut und binnen 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter: Die Kommunikation war stets zügig und ohne Verzögerung. Viele Hinweise für Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren genauso inklusive wie die Bestellung eines Taxis für den Abfahrtstag. Wir können hier eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen und bedanken uns bei dem Vermieter Mauro sehr herzlich!!!

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Rom-Erkundung

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung mit privatem Ambiente im Herzen von Rom in der Nähe des Tibers und des Vatikans. Toll ist auch die große Dachterrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut in 10-30 min erreichbar. Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit dem Inhaber hat prima geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
