Situated at the first floor of an historical building with lift, the Spanish Steps Cozy Studio is in a strategic position: just by walking you can reach the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo (not even 5 minutes) and many more of the most important historical places of the city.



Even if is in the heart of Rome, Via di Gesù e Maria, is a quiet street, surrounded by the best luxury shopping area in town (Via Condotti, Via Frattina, Via del Babuino, Via Margutta, Via del Corso and so on).



The studio is provided with air conditioned and a useful portable Wi-Fi (you can take it with you when visting the city). You will also find a Nespresso machine with some coffee's capsules.
