Bad cell service made it difficult to unlock the doors to enter. Mold in shower, pocket door to bathroom was very hard to open and close, some type of factory across the street with truck noise all night long, pull out couch actually hurt from the springs.

Lovely Rome Apartment

A very clean, modern and secure apartment just off Via del Corso in a very good position for walking to many of the major tourist attractions. Communication with the host Federico was excellent throughout and it was great to be welcomed by him at check-in, even when our flight was late. A new hotel across road from the apartment was still being finished when we stayed which meant early morning noise (earliest start was 5:30am!) but it is due to open in June so the building/fitting out noise will have gone then. There is a bar and a restaurant three floors below the apartment which make some noise at night but they close at a reasonable time and it is, after all, central Rome and to be expected. Overall, a great host and lovely apartment!

Great Light

Great location steps away from via del corso. Easy to reach many locations such as piazza del popolo, Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Two supermarkets and organic market close by. Open feeling to space and kitchen has really everything you need to cook a meal, have breakfast etc. There was a dishwasher which was handy Lots if great storage spaces for clothing, luggage etc which I really appreciated. Microwave was there but was inoperable. Not that we needed it really. Washer was also handy as we were there for 10 days. There was some work required to clean out a musty smell from where detergent would go, however with laundry pods provided this wasn’t really needed so I left the tray out to allow the area to breathe. There is construction going on across the street for a new hotel which looks like it will be awesome, but in the meantime I shut the outside shutters at night, when going to be, to buffer the early morning clanking. Overall I enjoyed the property.
