Just renovated Charming 6 pax apartment located in Piazza della Rotonda, with an amazing Pantheon view from the terrace. The apartment consists of one double room, a second room with 2 single beds and a comfortable living room with a double sofabed. Elevator, Wi-Fi and air conditioning provided.

All the major attractions and touristic sites are easily reachable by foot.

Amazing views of the Pantheon, was perfect for our family

We had a great visit to Rome. The apartment had an amazing view of the Pantheon. It’s in a great location for exploring Rome. Did not mind the 78 steps up to the apartment. Elevator was convenient for bringing luggage up. Efficient apartment, with nice kitchen table and living space. Bedrooms were a good size as well. Would stay there again.

Perfect location

What an entertaining space over the Pantheon! Our kids had a ball hanging out in the square watching all the entertainment after touring around. Plus you can bounce down and visit it when the crowds are low. The beds are comfortable (pillows not). We felt safe and had so much fun. The cleaning lady showed up early at check out and hung out in the apartment while we packed up. I wish I would have told her to leave until our check out time. Other than that, it was great.

Stunning views and comfortable stay at this wonderful apartment!!

Wow!!! The views of the Pantheon and Piazza della Rotunda CANNOT BE BEAT. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Supermarket was just right around the corner. We were able to walk easily to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona with our two young children. Book this apartment... you won’t be disappointed!

This was in a perfect location to walk to all the sights. The area was lively every night with music. The apartment was well-appointed and had plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Gorgeous place, great location!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished and the location was perfect. We absolutely loved the patio overlooking the Pantheon. We sat out there every night with a bottle of wine and every morning with a cup of coffee. The owner met us and gave us great suggestions and oriented us to Rome. They were even able to help us arrange a car to the airport at 5am. This will be the first place I’ll look next time I head to Rome!

Perfect location!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. The owner arranged for a driver to take us to and from the airport and I highly recommend that. The location is perfect. We literally walked everywhere! Right downstairs are several good restaurants and gelato places. The apartment had everything we needed including a hair dryer! The view can not be beat!

Location is great

Location is good, walking distance to virtually everything, great restaurants in vicinity as well. Ambience is great, and can hear the buskers during the day and early evening. Would of loved to have a washer/dryer however.

The apartment is in a perfect location for site seeing in Rome. The view over the piazza and Pantheon is wonderful. We could hear the buskers below in the bedroom at night, but enjoyed this. The bathroom is small, but functional, with enough hot water for 5 guests. Lele can organise a car from the airport which was handy for us. Apparently he can also organise some tours. Francesca welcomed us and provided great advice and recommendations for our stay.

Excellent Location!!!

Francy was helpful with local tips. Apartment very clean and spacious - except for the bathroom where you need to side-step between the toilet and shower-- about 1 foot wide space. Wish there was a bath towel mat as the shower leaked out onto the floor a bit, and the drain seemed clogged. Had so much fun on the balcony listening to the music and watching people. YES we would stay there next time if we were lucky enough !!!!!

Balcony overlooking pantheon is wonderful

We absolutely loved this apartment thr Balcony overlooking pantheon is wonderful and I spent almost every evening listening to the music performers in the Square and watching the people The apartment manager met us at the apartment and was very very easy to work with and excellent with communication the apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed the elevator up was great and there is only a few stairs to reach the apartment which was not a problem even with a number of suitcases the air conditioning is outstanding and we would definitely stay at this apartment again I highly recommend it

Great Location, Fantastic View, Super Host

Location is central and allows easy walking to all the major sites in Rome. The view from the balcony (a bit awkward to reach ) is as good if not better than the pictures. Reaching the major historical sites, is easy as is grabbing a cab just outside the property. Terrific shopping and dining surround the property so no need to venture far. Host was very communicative and coordinated transfer to and from the airport. Will stay here again on future visits to Rome.

Family Vacation

Loved the apartment, had everything we needed and the view was incredible! Great for families, lots of room! The location is outstanding! Everything is within a few blocks, taxi, restaurants, grocery, great coffee! You have to try the granita con panna, at La Casa Del Caffè Tazza D'orothat's its the specialty. It's frozen shaved coffee with whipped cream! So good!!! Every night after dinner we would get gelato and eat it on the balcony, and enjoy the entertainment on the plaza (opera, hip hop, accordion, acrobats) it was always a perfect ending to the day! Only problem was that the shower seemed to drain a little slow. The elevator only goes to the fourth floor, so you have to walk up one flight to get to the apartment.

7 minutes any direction and you'll be at the sites!

We stayed 5 nights and we loved every minute of it. There were 4 girls that had to share one bathroom and shower, despite the first day, we learned how to shower with one hand, we are pretty talented. there was plenty of hot water if you used it right. We didn't mind it at all and if thats the only thing we had to say that could use some work that says a lot. But it was the best hot water during all of our Europe flats. They have a small elevator to help you get up to most floors but you will have stairs to walk, and if your going to Rome, get used to it because there are stairs everywhere for everything. No lifts. Kitchen was upgraded and perfect for us. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfy. We utilized both rooms for storage but we managed just fine Living room was comfy and the dining room was good to sit at while drinking wine and talking about all the things we did for the day. The view and location of this flat is amazing, it'll put a smile on your face every time you walk out there. I was able to put on some headphones and sit at a small table on the patio and write post cards back home. Wifi worked well and we could face time while overlooking the views of the pantheon. On clear skies, you could see parts of other monuments which was nice! There were plenty of reasonable places for espresso and food, our favorites were Tassa De Oro which was directly across us behind one of the restaurants. There was a taxi que to the right of the Pantheon if you need it, but most places you can walk to. There is also a grocery store around the corner that we went to every night for bfast foods, water, WINE, and snacks! Make sure you have change they don't like to break big bills. This place was my favorite place while we traveled through Europe, if you can deal with the stairs, go to Rome and stay here, it'll be worth it. Also, the owner Francesca was so friendly and accommodating. Enjoy Roma! When I return, I would definitely stay here again!
