Disliked: Check-in, communication
Lots of difficulties accessing the apartment and poor ability to communicate with host. They use Vikey for entry but cell/internet service is poor or nonexistent. No answer or call back from the two phone numbers listed for contact. All communication was through Vrbo messages. But with poor service, they weren’t received immediately. Apartment is lovely and beds are comfortable. Kitchen was lacking a few item like paper towels and sponge and dish towels for washing dishes. Bathroom towels were plentiful and really good quality. Shower was soooo tiny! The young man who finally came to help us get in was very good and kind.
