The location is great for any adventures to be had near the Colosseum....restaurants, shops and even a grocery store only a couple blocks away. Easy check in...would definitely stay here again.

Family trip to Rome..

Location was perfect! Three couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms - exactly what we needed! Giovanni was available and responsive! We had a great time.. would highly recommend!

Good Location

Convenient location. We walked to most places. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Check in was easy and he helped us arrange transportation as well. Great stay.

nice location close to the Colisseum

We had a great stay, though short, at this apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to have 3 bathrooms! Easy to find and nice casual restaurants nearby. We only stayed a day and a half, but during that time the host was very helpful in advising us how to navigate the area given that there was a rail strike going on. We enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Well located, easy checkin, free on street parking, friendly neighborhood, lots of choices for eating - those we chose were good and fairly priced. Host was attentive and helpful.

Perfect place to see Rome

This is the ideal place to see Rome. The owner was so responsive and took care of our transportation for us. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable.

Huge and well appointed apartment a stone throw from the Colosseum. Tons of restaurants just outside - many open late. Also a few small grocery stores. We loved our stay.

Perfect Apartment near the Colliseum

This apartment was great! Plenty of space for our 4 adults and 3 kids. The location can't be beat- close enough to the Colliseum but not so close that the crowds are around you all the time. Easy to communicate with the property manager. Would recommend to anyone looking in this neighborhood!

Great location

Two blocks from the Colosseum, many restaurants, cafes, bars within steps. Great communication with the host. The apartment was the perfect size for 7 adults. Three full bathrooms and a laundry wash machine and large drying rack. Very nice.

Wonderful

The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. Giovanni is helpful and so nice. The only complaint I would have is the air unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the others did. I would stay again. Close to everything and wonderful restaurants right there.

Great Location

Very nice, spacious apartment. Each couple had their own bedroom and there were 3 bathrooms, none are en suite, but baths are readily accessible from bedrooms. The combination kitchen and living area provided an area to gather. The location was great. There are lots of little restaurants and shops and very close to the coliseum. Giovanni was very hospitable and efficient getting us checked in. Good communication throughout booking and very helpful with transportation.

Location can't be beat

We had the BEST time here. We traveled with our family of 5 and my parents and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for our larger group of 7, with beds for everyone and a great gathering space. The location was the best part. You are a 5 min walk to the Colosseum, which means you are that close to a metro stop that can get you anywhere in Rome, including the train station and airport. Bonus, the unit is above a lovely restaurant where we had breakfast each morning.

First Visit to the Eternal City

Our family stayed in Rome for several days after spending a week in southern Italy for our son's wedding. The apartment was perfect for our needs, and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great, and we were able to walk to many of the sights we visited. Alessia and Giovanni were very helpful in addressing questions prior to our arrival, as well as arranging transportation to the airport, and Karina checked us in and even helped me figure out how to pay a parking ticket I had gotten while in Puglia! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit Rome.

Our stay in Roma

This was our first visit to Roma. It was a short visit, only a few days. Giovanni met us on arrival and gave us a walk through and breakdown of the property and how to use everything. Giovanni was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The residence was exactly as expected. It was clean, everything was in working order and the residence comfortably fit our family of seven. Giovanni was helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The location is a very busy touristy spot, but centrally located to most everything and literally two short blocks from the Colloseum. We were able to walk to all of the main historical sites and neighborhoods. It’s a great place to start your day and then venture out on foot. There’s a 24 hour Mercado and a decent coffee shop and bakery close by but most of the restaurants are tourist traps, so I would suggest venturing out of the area for lunch and dinner. Giovanni also had some good food suggestions that were not too far away. Overall our stay was wonderful.

Property is in great location but the place's cleaniness doesn't meet my expectation

We travelled with 2 seniors & 2kids. This was our first time staying in Rome. I picked this place because of the location, the # of bedrooms, & the brightness of property in the photos. When we booked, we were told that there was no lift. The unit was located on 1st floor but need to take 15-20 flights of stairs to reach the unit. When we arrived, we saw there was a small lift but we couldn't use. Giovanni was nice. He helped us carry some luggages up & allowed us to check in luggages earlier as we arrived before the checkin time. This was definitely a bonus as we wouldn't know where to go carrying 9 luggages. We really appreciated that. We left after 15 mins so Giovanni can continue the final cleaning and making the beds.All bedrooms are spacious. What I didn't like the most was the cleaniness of all bathrooms, the kitchen sink. There were ants crawling in 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom close to the entrance and near the hallway. The toilets were clean but you can see some sinks or faucet were rusty and old. All bathtubs' grouts were greyish and moldy. Some grouts on tile were moldy. Same for kitchen sink.One of the bodywash dispenser handles was broken (the bathroom with washer). Luckily we brought our own. The bathtub was clogged. Water & soap would cover your feet. We didn't use the bathtub next door either, similar situation.Bath towels were thin, not good quality. Kitchen kettle has white stuff in it. 1 bedsheet wasnt big enough.It kept coming off. Location was the best.
