Quiet and peaceful ...

Very clean and good supplies (coffee, sugar, salt and spices). Fluffy towels and good tv channels. Nice courtyard ... onsite building manager. VRBO was easy to contact and handled taxi bookings for us. Very good value. Very comfortable and close to metro station.

Great apartment with in perfect location

We had a great stay during our days in Rome. The epuipment was perfect, so it was a pleasure to cook, relax and sleep. The location of the apartment is quiet although bus and train are very close. Thank you, Francesco, for your warm welcome!

Met expectations

Everything stated about this property in the advertisment was acurate. We enjoyed our stay. The only minor setbacks were the old flattened pillows and the shower head needs attention because if you open to full pressure there's a small leak on the top of the head that will spout water over the divider glass and onto the floor. The ancient elevator which is the size of a telephone booth was actually fun to ride if you're not claustrophobic.

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, Betten und Böden sauber. Jedoch waren die Fugen der Dusche z.T. verschimmelt und die Mikrowelle stark verschmutzt. Es gab zudem viel zu wenig Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck. Das Ausgehviertel liegt nicht direkt vor der Haustür, sondern ca. 2 km entfernt.Die Busanbindung ins Zentrum ist aber super.

Schöne, geschmackvolle Wohnung, alles chic und neu

Es war eine gelungene Woche in Rom. Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gute Matratzen, WM, GS, Balkon und gute Staumöglichkeiten im Bad. Viel Schrankraum vorhanden. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen. Francesco grazie tanto per tuo ospitalitá.
