A Washer inside the apartment (detergent etc supplied) iron and ironing board. A Roomba is under the coach in the kitchen.

This is the perfect apartment to accommodate 5 people with room for more if need be.

IMPORTANT:
This is a property registered by municipality as Home for Holidays it has therefore all official licenses and insurances required by local laws. From March 30th 2018, Municipality require a 3.50 euros CITY TAX per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (if your stay is longer you just have to pay 10 nights). Children under age of 10 exempted.
This amount has to be collected by host in cash upon arrival
