Charming apartment located in one of the most fascinating and strategic areas in the center of Rome, only 5 minutes walking from St. Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museums and from the characteristic and loved Campo dei Fiori square with its many typical restaurants and bars.



The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet and historic building recently renovated, with a cosy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and comfortable living room.

Great location!

This apartment is located so close to so may of the things you want to see and do in Rome. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Castle Sant'Angelo and more. It's also well appointed, comfortable and clean. Angelo, our contact, was always available and really helpful. I'd recommend Rivne V Ponte unreservedly!

Llegamos un viernes por la tarde y no funcionaba agua caliente, calefacción y wifi. Al día siguiente, sábado, dimos el aviso y resolvieron todos los problemas en el día. Un mal inicio se convirtió en una experiencia agradable. El apartamento está bien equipado, sencillo pero completo. La zona es tranquila y segura, con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. La ubicación nos ha permitido estar a un paso andando de todo.

Excellent Location, But Unit Needs Work and Not Really for Families.

Overall Impression: Excellent location, the unit itself needs some work and is really ideal for 2, maybe 3, adults, but I do not recommend it for a family as it will be cramped. We were a family of 3 (2 adults, one 4 year old) visiting from North America. Pros: - Walking distance to all major sights. Furthest is the Coliseum and it took 45 minutes to walk, but we took our time. - Major bus stops are only a 3-5 minute walk - Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, but lacking essentials such as paper towels, sugar, salt - Unit has WiFi, fridge, gas stove, washer, sofa bed, plenty of storage - Sofa Bed allows for more space for sleeping Cons: - Communication. Upon arriving at the unit the first day, we could not get a hold of the owner as the phone number provided said the number is not in service. It was raining. Luckily 20 minutes after our meeting time, a friend of his showed up. Even when contacting for unit issues, it took the owner 4 hours to get back to us. - Bathroom is very small. Kitchen area is also pretty small. - Water temp in the shower is not consistent. It's either really hot, or really cold. Asked owner to fix, but issue was never resolved. - About half of the electrical outlets in the unit worked. I had to resort to ironing in the kitchen as that was the only un-used outlet I can find that worked. - There is only a washer, not a dryer. The washer does really small loads (3 pants, 2 shirts at the most) and takes at least 2 hours for a wash. After washing you need to hang dry somewhere. We ended up using a laundry service that was 10 minutes walk (White Cloud Laundrette .. charges by the load) - TV is for decoration as no channels were available to watch - No "mobile WiFi" as stated in other reviews. - The unit is 3 flights of stairs up. There is no lift/elevator. - No orientation was provided for the apartment. We were handed the keys and told how to check-out, but when asked how to use the washer, or point us to the closest grocery store, we were told that they didn't know. Didn't show us where the iron was, how to operate AC (which did not work anyways). - Unit was not ready when we arrived. The cleaner still had an hour's worth of work to be done so we were asked to leave our bags in the unit, but to leave and come back in an hour ... I did mention it was raining outside? Cleaner did not speak a word of English.

Excellent location and amazingly comfortable

This is one of several properties that I've stayed at in Europe and it's definitely the best. The location is perfect, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the AC in both bedroom and living area was a life saver in July, and the apartment was clean. Another added bonus is that the wifi is portable so you don't have to use your data plan when roaming the streets of Rome. Lele and Andreas were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this location!
