  • Welcome to our fully renovated apartment, just 20 meters from the Borghesiana Metro Line C station!

    The apartment sleeps 6 guests across 4 different beds and consists of:

    Living room with kitchenette
    Master bedroom
    Small bedroom
    Bathroom

    The apartment, furnished with elegant finishes, is located in a quiet and welcoming setting, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.

    The apartment consists of a living room/kitchenette with a very comfortable sofa bed and a 40-inch Smart TV.
    There is a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
    All rooms are air-conditioned, but since the home is equipped with exterior insulation and new windows, it remains very cozy.
    There is an induction cooktop with everything you need to cook, in addition to all the amenities described in the listing.

    A set of towels per person will also be provided.

Very new and clean. Very nice place!

Very nice and clean. Good location for food and grocery. The WiFi and tv worked great. A little difficult getting the gate figured out but this mostly because we have never done anything like this before. Location to downtown Rome was over an hour of driving, we did not have time to try the train. Overall the place was great and I would recommend to stay there.

Review

This location was pretty clean and modern. Check in process was easy. The only thing is it’s not as central to downtown Rome. Be prepared to take the subway and have to make several stops. There was a musty smell in the apartment.
