We stayed in this apartment last week and had a wonderful experience. It was very clean, and the beds were highly comfortable. Towels were also provided. The streets surrounding the apartment are filled with plenty of restaurants where the staff was incredibly friendly. Everyone inside the building itself was also very kind and quiet. The only minor detail is that the description states the apartment is on the third floor, but it is actually on the second floor. There is a small elevator available!"

This was by far one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Italy. It was cozy, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but after our stay, I realized our experience was completely different. The location was excellent! It was less than a 10-minute walk to the metro and bus stop and conveniently close to a supermarket, small stores and several great restaurants. We also loved being able to open or close the blinds to let in natural light or make the room completely dark when it was time for bed. We also felt very safe and secure throughout our stay, which gave us extra peace of mind especially while traveling as a family of 3 (husband, our toddler and I). Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying here and we would happily stay here again! 😊

A comfortable space to stay in Rome with good connections to sites. Quite a few grocery stores, restaurants and take away places nearby. The heating worked well, once it kicked in. The Shower heat was a bit tempramental but once it came right it was fine and the pressure was good. The beds were comfortable.

No toaster, oven dirty, just the minimum in the kitchen Bad communication with the host, not helpful The second bed in one room had no sheets because He did’nt read the check-in informations and he didn’t dear giving them us.Only one toilet roll for 5 days for 3 with 2 kids. Hot water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold.Second single bed very uncomfortable

El piso se encuentra muy bien comunicado en cuanto a transportes, porque el autobus esta a 2m andando para ir cogerlo para llecarte al centro de roma y del metro un poco mas. Tiendas y supermecardos cercano En cuanto a la casa las camas, los colchones muy incomodos y el baño le falta mas limpieza, los utencilios de cocina guardados sucios, la terraza mas de lo mismo. El sistema de apertura de la puerta muy mal porque tienes un enlace en el movil para abrir, comodo si pero si te quedas sin bateria o pierdes el movil no hay otra manera de abrir, deberian de dar un codigo.

La struttura è molto vicina ad una fermata della metro quindi molto comoda per spostarsi. L’host ci è venuto incontro sia anticipando l’orario del check in, sia posticipandolo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata che in questi giorni di forte calura, è stata la nostra benedizione. Inoltre l’appartamento è dotato di lavatrice e forno microonde. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, Ci sono vari supermercatini nelle vicinanze. Gli infissi sono dotati di zanzariere. I materassi sono molto comodi. Unica cosa negativa è la tassa di soggiorno eccessiva che non avevo preventivato ma che non penso dipenda dalla struttura ma dalla città di Roma stessa. Tornando alla struttura, sicuramente la consiglio.

I had a very disappointing experience. The first night, after checking in earlier in the day, we arrived back at the property, and the digital tap keys did not work. From 12am-5 am, we attempted to contact the host, property manager, and VRBO customer service to find a way into the apartment. With no response from the host and hour-long periods on hold with customer service, we were forced to find stores that were open at these hours to keep warm and keep our phones charged. Customer service was unwilling to find us a hotel or refund us for our stay. After talking to at least 4 representatives and supervisors, customer service did not believe that the keys didn't work, and we had to walk all the way back to the property to send video evidence. Finally, at 5 am, the host answered our message and remotely opened the door for us. He blamed us, saying it was our fault for not taking the physical keys from the tray inside. However, the check-in instructions did not mention the keys, and there were no keys in the apartment. This entire situation could have been avoided if the host had communicated correctly and if customer service had been willing to find a solution. Instead, we were blamed and forced to wander the streets while being harassed by men all night as 4 young women. We were finally given a full refund, but are extremely disturbed by VRBO's communication, which put us in a dangerous situation without a place to stay for the night.
