We especially loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to the metro, making it easy to explore Rome. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They responded promptly to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. “I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). What to be aware of - there are 3 bedrooms but only one has a……

“1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty.”
