She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty.”
