Friendly staff, rooms were clean and comfy. Their breakfast had very little options. And the rooms did not have coffee makers. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

It was a convenient place to stay after we landed in Chicago en route to Springfield. The man at reception was so friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast. He showed me how to make waffles.

Conveniently located to major roads and highways. My biggest complaint was there was no comfortable seating in the room, just straight backed chair by the desk. There was no table or chair for eating take out food.

Only issue i had personally, was one bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to even sit on, let alone sleep. The other bed was a bit softer, but for us to only sleep there it was kind of disappointing to get quality sleep. Staff was nice, breakfast was quick and go. Room was clean. Just comfort wasn't there.

Property and room was horrible. It look like a cheap Motel. Tiles broken in room. Room smelled dirty, look like puke was saturated in the carpet. Doors to the hotel was so nasty i Did not want to touch them. Breakfast was a joke. Only ceral and waffle maker. Counter was dirty. Coffee was good and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly NEVER WOULD STAYY THERE AGAIN. We were totally uncomfortable
