"Found bugs in the first room. The staff was helpful and got us a new room right away. But the AC doesn’t work properly on the second room. It would stop in the middle of the nights and 2 of the 3 vents were blocked and the room can’t stay cool. We woke up in sweats every night. Reported to the staff but it was never fixed."
