“Be careful. I booked this last minute, as a result I got no entry details. The entrance is in an alleyway and you need a code to get in. I’m so pleased it was still light when I arrived. I had to then call a number on the booking to work out how to get in. Had to try twice, eventually someone answered but had to put me through to someone else. Again grateful it was at a reasonable time, no idea what would have happened if not. Apartment was tiny, photos were very misleading! But it was clean and……

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……
