「What a gteat place! What else can I say...right in the heart of Verona, spotless clean, very spacious and the communication with the staff is great as well. You can't go wrong here!」

「Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). 」

「乾淨、明亮，美味的早餐是特色，地點接近火車站、公車站具方便性。 但是分配給我的房間是邊間 ，沒有窗戶，桌上的燈光壞了，廁所的洗手槽，水排洩管路，不順暢，有積水現象。」
