Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. We stayed here to go to Merlefest in Wilkesboro. It is a straight shot there. Hotel was comfortable and clean. The exercise room could stand an upgrade.

Brick walls were cool. Glad to be able to bring our dog. Room was quiet. Rooftop area was nice. Bed mattress sagged, like a hammock. Need more light and lamps in the space.
